By using a network of disintegrated former pioneer basecamps and its activation and integration into society I create edcuational system which takes into account social development.
Coping with demanding study responsibilities for conservatory students

This master's thesis deals with the demanding responsibilities of studying at a conservatoire and coping with them. The aim of the thesis is to research how students experience their studies, the stress and also how they cope with the stress itself. Conservatoire students are a very specific group of pupils. From an early age they publicly perform, they are being judged, compared and they develop a very unique individual relationship with their teachers. All these circumstances can lead to difficult situations in their life. The theoretical part of the thesis is therefore divided into 4 main chapters. In the first chapter there is a brief description of studying at a conservatoire with a focus on its technicalities. The second chapter examines stress amongst musicians, what causes it, how it emerges, and I also mention stress among young musicians and how it differs from stress experienced by professional musicians in this chapter. The next part brings the reader closer to specific challenging situations in the lives of conservatoire students and the last chapter describes coping strategies that can be used in the lives of musicians. Behind the front line, Rehabilitation during Covid-19 pandemic

The thesis is based on 13 oral history interviews the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the health care sector (specifically rehabilitation medicine and physical medicine). Narrators are health care professionals who are part of multidisciplinary rehabilitation care in different positions and can therefore reflect the pandemic from different perspectives. In addition to the impact on the professional life, the thesis also describe the subjectively perceived impact on the narrators' personal lives. The interviews were recorded in early 2022, after 2 years of living with the pandemic, when strict restrictions were still in place. The thesis provides testimonies of the lived experience of the pandemic among health workers behind the so-called 'frontline', who have not received as much attention in the media. It also compares the experiences of the narrators in the context of Czech realities and compares them with the results of similar international studies on pandemics among health professionals.
Work with Biblical Text in Hagiotherapy and in Individual Imaginative Interpretation

The diploma thesis deals with two methods of working with the biblical text in social work, existential hagiotherapy and imaginative interpretation. The primary goal of this work is: Description of the experiences experienced by hagiotherapy group participants and participants of individual imaginative interpretation with biblical text in 2Sam 11. The secondary goal is: Validation of the method of individual imaginative interpretation based on hagiotherapy. Hagiotherapy is already a comprehensive and structured method of working in a group. The method of imaginative interpretation is a method not yet used in practice and represents individual work. The diploma thesis presents this method in the light of an already functional method. The theoretical part deals with the presentation of both methods and their placement in the context of social work. Differences and similarities of the method of hagiotherapy and imaginative interpretation are presented here. At the end of this section, are given possible interpretations of the text. Adaptation course in schools

The bachelor thesis deals with adaptation courses in schools and their influence on the formation of new classroom collectives. In the theoretical part, attention is paid mainly to the meaning of adaptation courses, the definition of their most frequent participants (adolescents) and the definition of experiential pedagogy, which is an inherent part of these courses. The research part presents the research objectives (pupils' expectations from the course and their reflections), the chosen research sample (sixth grade pupils of the Třešt'Primary School) and the research procedure used (quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey)
Experiences of adolescens with alcohol and easy access to it

The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts and focuses on the experiences of adolescents with alcohol and easy access to it. The theoretical part presents the terms "addiction" and "alcohol" and their types and forms. Next the theoretical part discusses the accessibility of alcohol to underage drinkers in three fields - home, stores, and social groups and then focusses on media glorification divided into television, music, and social networks. The theoretical part is closing with "consequences" and "prevention". The practical part is using a quantitative survey using the form of a questionnaire, which focuses on the experiences of adolescents and their opinion on alcohol consumption.
The Use of Experiential Learning in Religious Education

The bachelor thesis is called "The use of experiential learning in religious education" deals with the applications of experiential learning to religious education. The thesis focuses on children aged from eight to eleven years. The bachelor contains a theoretical part and a practical part. The aim of the thesis is to find out what changes the method of experiential learning brings to the lessons of religion. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the characterization of experiential learning, in which we focus on the findings of D. Kolb. Furthermore, in this thesis we penetrate into religious pedagogy, we examine its subject, goals and methods. It also deals with biblical stories and the possibilities of passing them on to children. The practical part contains two model hours of religious teaching. In the practical part, these two hours were planned and described, incl. preparation and description of the content of these two hours.
How the members of the Brethren Church in South Moravia perceived the functioning of their community during the Covid-19 pandemic

The central topic of this thesis is how the members of the Brethren Church community in South Moravia experienced the functioning of their Church community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Part 1 deals with the theoretical aspects. In chapter one the author presents the legislative context of the pandemic and its impact on the Christian Church community in general. The second chapter gives a brief insight into how the new law requirements were put into practice by the Church board. The third chapter presents an overview of the South Moravian community and the impact of the pandemic requirements on its community life. The practical part focuses on qualitative research and attempts to capture the actual experience of members of the South Moravian community. As a research method the Interpretative phenomenological analysis was chosen and based on semi-structured interviews with respondents covering the following topics: worship on the Zoom platform, monitoring of the community members in need and mutual care during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially during the second pandemic wave lockdown. The research sample consists of five respondents between 25-72 years of age.
