Tato diplomová práce se zabývá náročnými studijními povinnostmi při studiu konzervatoří a jejich zvládání. Důvodem mého zkoumání je hlubší porozumění jak studentům, jejich stresu, tak ale i způsobům, kterým stres zpracovávají. Studenti konzervatoří jsou velice specifická skupina. Od poměrně brzkého věku jsou vystavováni veřejnému vystupování, hodnocení, posuzování, zároveň jsou také ve specifickém individuálním vztahu se svým pedagogem. Všechny tyto okolnosti mohou vnášet do jejich života náročné situace. Teoretická část práce je proto rozdělená na 4 hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole je stručný popis studia na konzervatoři se zaměřením na jeho specifika, druhá kapitola se věnuje stresu u hudebníků, co ho způsobuje, jak se projevuje a také je zde věnován prostor stresu u mladých hudebníků a jak se liší od stresu profesionálních muzikantů. Další kapitola blíže seznamuje čtenáře s konkrétními náročnými situacemi v životě studentů konzervatoří a poslední kapitola se zabývá popisem copingových strategií, které je možné použít v životě muzikantů. Praktická část práce je realizována formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se studenty konzervatoří z několika škol v ČR. Cílem této části bylo zjistit, jaké studenti prožívají náročné situace, co jim pomáhá je zvládat, jaké jsou jejich strategie pro zdárné... This master's thesis deals with the demanding responsibilities of studying at a conservatoire and coping with them. The aim of the thesis is to research how students experience their studies, the stress and also how they cope with the stress itself. Conservatoire students are a very specific group of pupils. From an early age they publicly perform, they are being judged, compared and they develop a very unique individual relationship with their teachers. All these circumstances can lead to difficult situations in their life. The theoretical part of the thesis is therefore divided into 4 main chapters. In the first chapter there is a brief description of studying at a conservatoire with a focus on its technicalities. The second chapter examines stress amongst musicians, what causes it, how it emerges, and I also mention stress among young musicians and how it differs from stress experienced by professional musicians in this chapter. The next part brings the reader closer to specific challenging situations in the lives of conservatoire students and the last chapter describes coping strategies that can be used in the lives of musicians.
