Impact of the Covid - 19 pandemic on Czech Social Security Administration

Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností České správy sociální zabezpečení (dále ČSSZ) v době pandemie covid-19, konkrétně Okresní správou sociálního zabezpečení České Budějovice a přibližuje její fungování. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a poodkrýt dopady pandemie covid-19 na činnost této správy. Dále se práce zabývá spokojeností klientů a jejich povědomím o produktech a službách. Práce také zkoumá klientskou komunikace s ČSSZ v době pandemie. Nejpodstatnější metodou zkoumání bylo dotazníkové šetření formou online dotazníku. Hlavními výsledky tohoto výzkumu je zjištění, že velmi málo klientů zná online službu ePortál a někteří nemají ani povědomí o činnosti ČSSZ. Dalším hlavním zjištěním je, že respondenti si přejí více úředních dní, konkrétně alespoň tři dny a také preferují elektronickou komunikaci (v různých podobách) s ČSSZ. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou navrhnutá konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení stávající či budoucí situace. Práce se opírá především o nejaktuálnější data, a tou je Zpráva o činnosti ČSSZ 2021.
Management and outsourcing of ski courses of secondary schools

Title: Management and outsourcing of ski courses for secondary schools Objectives: The aim is to build a case study of a fictitious company whose business is the organization of ski courses for secondary schools using outsourcing. This objective is achieved through market research that identifies the view on the issue of headteachers at Czech secondary schools. Methods: A quantitative method of questioning was used for the research, which took place in both written and electronic form. The case study of a fictitious company uses a marketing mix of services as a tactical tool. Results: The assembled case study of a fictitious company, based on the results of an investigation, is a concrete plan for the first year of its existence. The company is able to provide the organization at a competitive price level to existing ski courses at secondary schools. Possibilities of Distance Teaching the Czech Language at Primary School

The diploma thesis is focused on the search for opportunities for distance learning of the Czech language at primary schools. The aim of the work is to deal in detail and find out how distance learning of the Czech language takes place at primary schools and what is the level of adoption of teaching among pupils who are learning a distance form of study. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with a general treatise of primary education and education. It also briefly characterizes the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. Then it analyzes distance education in detail, briefly defines communication tools and in the end summarizes the subject Czech language and its teaching. The practical part contains two research surveys, which are structured in detail. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used. In the first research survey, it finds out the effectiveness of Czech language distance education at selected primary schools in specific grades of primary school. It also characterizes the work of a teacher in online Czech language lessons. Application options of the Concept of age management for different types of schools in Prague

This thesis is following up a concept of diversity management, in great detail we are talking here about age management, which is human resources management with respect to age and ability of the employee. The theoretical part deals with management of diversity in work teams, defines age management as the possibility of adapting the organization to the needs of aging employees. Highlights the demographic development of the society, bringing us near to age spread of the teachers in schools in the Czech Republic. The empirical part describes in detail the age management tools as suitable instrument for adapting the working conditions for the employees of age 50+. It contains three sub-surveys in three kindergartens, three Primary Schools and three Elementary Art Schools in Prague. Based on semi-structured interviews with the directors and also on answering questionnaires about the age management and the utilization of its tools in between the group of pedagogues of age 50+ and the group of operational staff of age 50+ at the surveyed schools compares the possibility of introducing the instruments of the age management to schools with needs of employees of age 50+. Analysis of the selected components of tourism in the town Strakonice

The present thesis is divided into thirteen chapters including the introduction and the conclusion, resources and appendices. It deals with the partial analysis of the selected components of tourism in the district town Strakonice. It tries to capture the substantial connection hat are important for the development of the area in terms of tourism. At the same time the thesis closely maps the history of the town, which has a direct impact on the formation and preservation of the sights in the town. The thesis also has its own research survey between the two segments involved in the tourism, that is the accommodation and the catering facilities in Strakonice and the tourists have visited the town.
Trends in enterprise information systems

This thesis introduces trends in information systems mainly focusing on Green ICT. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. At first, the objectives, structure of work and research based on available domestic and foreign sources are defined. The following chapter is devoted to concept of trend and its impact on the ICT sector along with a presentation of past and current trends. The key part of the first half of the work is a chapter concerning sustainable ICT. It contains a definition of the concept, reasons of devising, opportunities for greater usage, current state in the world, rankings of suppliers and "green" companies. The practical part describes the questionnaire distributed as well as a presentation of hypotheses for verification. It is followed by analysis of gathered data together with an intercomparison of several selected questions. The chapter concludes with evaluation of the stated hypotheses. The last section mentions important findings, assesses a level of fulfillment of the objectives and present possible future extension of the topic.
