Práce se zabývá tématem trendů v informačních systémech se zaměřením na Green ICT. Je rozdělena do dvou částí -- teoretické a praktické. V teoretické jsou nejdříve stanoveny cíle, struktura práce, provedena rešerše dostupných domácích i zahraničních zdrojů. Další kapitola se věnuje pojmu trend a jeho vlivu na ICT odvětví, přičemž jsou identifikovány minulé i současné trendy z této oblasti. Klíčovou částí první poloviny práce je kapitola týkající se udržitelného ICT. Obsahuje definici pojmu, důvody vzniku, příležitosti k většímu prosazení, současný stav ve světě, žebříčky dodavatelů a "zelených" společností. Praktická část začíná popisem využitého dotazníku spolu s uvedením ověřovaných hypotéz. Následuje vyhodnocení získaných dat spolu s porovnáním vybraných otázek mezi sebou. Na závěr kapitoly jsou vyhodnoceny předem připravené hypotézy. V poslední části jsou zmíněna významná zjištění, vyhodnocení míry splnění stanovených cílů a možné budoucí rozšíření práce. This thesis introduces trends in information systems mainly focusing on Green ICT. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. At first, the objectives, structure of work and research based on available domestic and foreign sources are defined. The following chapter is devoted to concept of trend and its impact on the ICT sector along with a presentation of past and current trends. The key part of the first half of the work is a chapter concerning sustainable ICT. It contains a definition of the concept, reasons of devising, opportunities for greater usage, current state in the world, rankings of suppliers and "green" companies. The practical part describes the questionnaire distributed as well as a presentation of hypotheses for verification. It is followed by analysis of gathered data together with an intercomparison of several selected questions. The chapter concludes with evaluation of the stated hypotheses. The last section mentions important findings, assesses a level of fulfillment of the objectives and present possible future extension of the topic.
