This thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of quality, environmental, and security risks, hazards and application of appropriate methodology to a particular construction project. For an application is selected the key construction technology - walling. Diploma thesis establishes a framework for risk management on the basis of established integrated management system (IMS) defines the objectives and mechanisms in controlling adherence to standards, evaluation of business risks, defining risk management strategies, the draft risk management procedures, monitoring their functioning, assessing their performance and any improvement and support the process of supplying the required information.
Creation of documentation for the ATO certification according to PART-FCL

This thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of marketing mix of hotel PANON, which offers accomodation in South Moravia in the town Hodonín in *** category in single, double and triple rooms as well as in apartments of different categories, catering services and a large number of additional services. The aim of this thesis is to make marketing mix of given hotel more efficient and thus ensure not only growth of existing number of guests, but also get new domestic and foreign guests, which will lead to growth of profit of the hotel PANON and strenghtening of its position in the tourism market.

Impact of Covid - 19 pandemic on seniors and caretakers

The diploma thesis entitled "Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the elderly and their staff" easily explains what the Covid-19 virus is and how it affects people. This work describes a home for the elderly and its functioning. Furthermore, there is a description of the employees who can work in the home and what their work entails. In the analytical part of the work, I try to find out how much the pandemic was perceived by the seniors living in the Lidická Home for the Elderly and how the staff of this facility perceived it. also to show how the interviewed people coped with the situation and what they had to get used to. I wanted to find some differences between clients and employees that would show a diversity of thinking and commitment. My aim was to point out what the staff were willing to do during this difficult time in order to continue to help vulnerable people in nursing homes. The results also tell us what the seniors had to go through with the belief that it will get better and everything will be as it was before.
Management activities of free time teachers - of the main leaders of children's camps

The final thesis deals with the topic of sequential managerial functions performed by the chief executive of a children's camp. It is based on the assumption that the head chief performs all managerial functions in the preparation and implementation of the action sequence. On the basis of the specific literature read, the theoretical part characterizes each sequence functions - planning, organization, personnel and control. It specifies the children's summer camp as a child's recovery time period and clarifies the rules for the organization, including legal aspects. It also assigns specific jobs for the head chief of the camp before and during camp for each sequential management functions. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the main leaders of the childrens' camps, for who are graduates of the course qualifying for the specific position. Analysis of the results showed that the head chief, regardless of the childrens' camp's operator, perform all the sequential management functions at least half of these activities. The highest rate was found at activities carried out by the main leaders, who work all year round as educator of a free time, and are employed in the Youth Centre or in The Leisure Time Centre. Shopping atmosphere in the selected retail unit

The main objective of my diploma thesis was to conduct an analysis of the shopping atmosphere at a selected retail unit from the perspective of Czech consumers, and the development of recommendations for its possible improvement. The main method selected for the analysis and for the actual investigation consisted of a questionnaire survey among customers. The retail unit selected for the research was Electro World České Budějovice. An analysis of the shopping atmosphere of ElectroWorld České Budějovice shows that most customers perceive it positively. This can be confirmed and identified by the fact that customers return to this store and make repeated purchases.
Communication barriers with personnel in small enterprises

The aim of this Bachelors Thesis is to analyse the working environment of two small food distribution enterprises, which will examine communication skills of personnel with lower and upper secondary education. The research is aimed at both employees and managers to evaluate their points of view on possible ineffective communication at their workplaces. The data will be obtained by observation and two questioning methods, semi-structured interview with management and questionnaire for the subordinates. In conclusion, both environments will be evaluated and optimization of inner communication will be proposed.
