Diplomová práce s názvem "Dopad pandemie Covid-19 na seniory a jejich personál" lehce vysvětluje co je virus Covid-19 a jak na člověka působí. V této práci je popsán domov pro seniory a jeho fungování. Dále jsou tu popsaní zaměstnanci, kteří v domově mohou pracovat a co jejich práce obnáší. V analytické části práce se snažím přijít na to, jak moc pandemii vnímali senioři bydlící v Domově pro seniory Lidická a jak ho vnímal personál tohoto zařízení. Snažím se tu ukázat, jak se dotazovaní lidé se situací vyrovnávali a na co všechno si museli zvyknout. Chtěla jsem najít mezi uživateli a zaměstnanci nějaké rozdíly, které by ukazovaly různost přemýšlení a oddanosti. Mým cílem bylo poukázat na to, co všechno byly zaměstnanci v tuto těžkou dobu ochotni podstoupit, aby nadále mohli být nápomocní bezbranným lidem v domovech pro seniory. Výsledky nám prozrazují i to, čím vším si museli senioři projít s vírou, že bude lépe a bude vše tak, jako dříve. The diploma thesis entitled "Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the elderly and their staff" easily explains what the Covid-19 virus is and how it affects people. This work describes a home for the elderly and its functioning. Furthermore, there is a description of the employees who can work in the home and what their work entails. In the analytical part of the work, I try to find out how much the pandemic was perceived by the seniors living in the Lidická Home for the Elderly and how the staff of this facility perceived it. also to show how the interviewed people coped with the situation and what they had to get used to. I wanted to find some differences between clients and employees that would show a diversity of thinking and commitment. My aim was to point out what the staff were willing to do during this difficult time in order to continue to help vulnerable people in nursing homes. The results also tell us what the seniors had to go through with the belief that it will get better and everything will be as it was before.
