The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for an internet site Snouti.es, to assess its practicability and to get the strategic goals of organization straight. Snouti.es is a project of a non-profit organization which will be found for the purpose of help for animals. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical one and practical one. A business plan and its individual parts are defined in the theoretical part. Also there are written the possibilities of financing of classic organization and non-profit organization. The practical part applies the methods and theoretical knowledge in the particular business plan.
Funding, accounting and economy of statutory federation Junák – český skaut in period 2010-2014

This bachelor thesis deals with economy, funding and accounting of statutory federation Junák -- český skaut. The introduction contains characterization of non-profit organization. Differences are shown in new and previous enactment. The task further describes the organization structure connected with economy, regulations in Junák and describes various domains of the organization's economy. It centers particularly on basic units, these are scouts centers. Final part offers practical example of financial statements from scout center "Lesní Moudrost" Dobřichovice. It analyses and appraises changes during the observed period.
Analysis of the determinants of amount of services ordered by clients of non-profit organization called Oblastní charita Strakonice

This bachelor thesis analyses the impact of selected factors on the amount of food delivery services ordered by 81 clients of non-profit organization called Oblastní charita Strakonice during the period from 1. 11. 2013 to 30. 10. 2014. Based on analysis by random effect method, the thesis confirms correlation of monthly number of ordered services with two explanatory variables: number of household members and grade of care subsidy. The analysis implies that increase of number of household members by one member leads to decrease of monthly number of ordered services by 2-3 tasks. On the other hand, increase of grade of care subsidy by one grade leads to increase of monthly number of ordered services by approximately two tasks. Other factors included to the models are not correlated with explained variable at level below alpha = 0, 1. Findings mentioned above are consistent with information said in the theoretical part of my thesis.
The Analysis of Marketing Mix of Sport Club MFK Nové Město nad Metují

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze marketing mix of organization MFK Nové Město nad Metují. It is amateur football club, which's main goal is to offer sport activity for youth. This analysis was accomplished based on getting internal information from management of the club and marketing research, which was realized by paper questionnaire. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical part is describing the term Marketing Mix and pointing out the specifics in non-profit organization and sport sphere. In the practical part there is an introduction of football club and description of its current marketing mix. Afterwards there is an evaluation of marketing research. Finally there are presented suggestions for improvement based on marketing research.
Marketing and non-profit organizations

This bachelor thesis deals with non-profit organizations and their marketing activities. The terms used in the theoretical part are implicated to a particular non-profit organization called YFU. The theoretical part deals with such terms as non-profit sector or marketing in nonprofit organizations. In the practical part, the introductory chapter is devoted to the history and activities of NGO YFU. Moreover, the financial aspect of the organization is also mentioned. All of the subsequent chapters deal with the problem of marketing in this non-profit organization. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge gained in the first chapter a SWOT analysis and marketing mix analysis are constructed, with the most attention paid to the analysis of the current form of promotional activities in YFU. In this chapter research is also conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. From this survey a potential solution for a future promotion of this organization is created. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of the organization YFU and also, based on the results from the marketing research, to design the author's own solution of how to further promote this organization.
Communication strategy of Alzheimer Foundation

This Diploma thesis is focused on the topic of marketing communication in non-profit organizations. In the theoretical part the main terms and concepts are defined such as marketing, communication mix and its adjustment for demands of the non-profit sector. The non-profit sector is also described. Practical part deals with one chosen non-profit organization -- Alzheimer Foundation. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the communication tools utilized by this foundation when approaching its target groups. Based on the current situation, comparison with Czech Alzheimer's Society and British Alzheimer's Society the proposal of communication strategy is made for the period from July to December 2014.
Communication Strategy of a Non-Profit Organization

This diploma thesis deals with the problems of communication strategy in a non-profit organisation. The firts part of the thesis discusses background knowledge concerning non-profit organisations, communication, marketing and Public relations and produces the collection of tools and processes for practical use. The second part of the thesis conducts an analysis of the current communication strategy in the inquired organisation. Data analysis also suggests new ways of communication strategy, suitable communication tools and possible ways of publicity and the system of its use. The inquired organisation is Junák -- český skaut, přístav Třináctka Opařany, z. s.. It is the basic organisation unit of Junák and it focuses on the work with children and youth in their free time.
Communication strategy of a specific event

The aim of the Master thesis is to describe and evaluate the communication strategy of Budějovický Majáles for the year 2014. The first two chapters are describing theoretical terms from nonprofit sector and marketing. The practical part contains history of majáles in the Czech Republic and in České Budějovice, where the festival follows its origin and is noncommercial. Furthermore it describes the used communication tools and their timing. Last chapter contains results of a questionnaire, which was used as a source for further recommendation.
Strategic Plan for Capacity Building of DC ADRA České Budějovice

This thesis is focused on the creating a Strategic Plan for Capacity Building of non-profit organization. The theoretical part explains the concepts associated with non-profit organizations and volunteer activities with the use of fundraising, as one method of raising funds, then complete the strategic planning process from analysis environment after the check itself. The practical section provides of the analyzed subject, which is the Volunteer Centre ADRA České Budějovice, on which is applied eight analysis of environment and resources, with followed by determining the vision and objectives, through the formulation, selection and the implementation of strategy to control and efficiency evaluation. The output of this part is the analysis of the results with proposals for individual measures.
VAT issue of non-profit organisations

Act no. 235/2004 Coll., Value Added Tax (hereinafter "the VAT Act"), is for non-profit organizations very difficult area, because of its frequent amendment. Also its meaning and content is for many of these organizations difficult to understand. This thesis wants to provide non-profit organizations comprehensive overview of the issue of value added tax. In addition to the application of special provisions of the VAT Act this thesis also focuses on provisions which relate generally to all taxpayers. The aim is the elimination of errors, in which non-profit organizations make mistakes. The most problematic provisions in practice are those which bind to the registration or vice versa deregistration. Problematic provisions are also those which relate to the right to deduct VAT on received taxable supplies. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to these provisions.
