New Approaches in Marketing Communication in Outdoor Clothing Segment

Presented dissertation is involved in the issue of marketing communication within the framework of relations among supplier/producer of materials – producer of clothing – retailer and customer in the outdoor clothing segment in the Czech Republic. A specific role of the customer is considered in the context of the value co-creation concept with the emphasis on the development and increase of perceived value. A primary objective of the dissertation is the identification of new approaches to the marketing communication with customers within the framework of mentioned relations with the stress on the determination of the synergistic effect of mentioned relations in the influence of various forms of communication to the customers. Partial objectives are defined in link with this objective. The dissertation objectives and individual hypotheses, in which submitted dissertation is interested in, are defined on the basis of the analysis of theoretical starting points and secondary data. Conducted primary research then combines qualitative and quantitative approaches aiming at the analysis and description of the individual parts. Results of research are presented both in the form of partial conclusions characterizing the individual spheres and in the form of summary conclusion. In the formulation of conclusions a strong emphasis is put on the visualization in the form of schematic illustrations of identified principles. The dissertation contains conclusions and recommendations offered to the individual involved parties. The dissertation conclusion summarizes contributions to science and research, practical as well as educational applications. A complex philosophy of the exploration of the theme is completed with an introduction of restrictions of carried-out research and incentives for further research studies in this particular field.
Marketing strategy for CRM IS

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the proposal of a marketing strategy in Melzer company in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of Information Systems (IS). It concentrates on modern marketing conception and emphasizes the necessity of effective CRM. It explains important factors in connection with successful CRM IS implementation. It analyses domestic market of CRM IS including information system QI which is supplied by Melzer company as well as an internal CRM atmosphere in the firm. In the practical part there are analytical conclusions and recommendations leading to the proposal of the marketing strategy. This should significantly enable the firm to penetrate into the market of CRM IS and become successful.
Development of Competitiveness of Company Focused on Customer Value Creation

This Master´s thesis deals with the analysis of the factors influencing the customer satisfaction of RM Servis, authorised Peugeot car dealer. The aim was to set up useful method of measuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and customer value. This would enable the company to follow the current situation, and to focuse on improvements. I have also included the suggestions on how to improve the overall customer satisfaction, and a calculation of an impact of the implementation on the profitability.

The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to develop a proposal for brand expansion measures to a new market with an emphasis on strengthening the competitiveness of the brand in the market. The theoretical part includes theoretical background, which is based mainly on the methodology of the authors Ko Floor and Keller. The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of the current potential of the brand and the analysis of competitors in the planned market. Following the performed analyzes, measures in the area of communication leading to the expansion of the brand are proposed in the design part.

The thesis deals with proposals for measures to strengthen the competitiveness of small business in the Olomouc region, which main purpose is the sale of haberdashery goods. The suggestions for improvement of this business focus on the development of relationships with customers and on the expansion of activities that will lead to increased business awareness and attracting new customers. On the basis of conducted analyses the thesis specifies the recourses defining the future direction of the business. These recourses include vision of the business, mission, corresponding strategic objectives and specific steps to strengthen competitiveness. The basic principle used in the drafting of proposals is the development of customer value.
