Reflection on the concept of reproductive health education in primary education.

The research yielded in the field fails to explain how reproductive health education has been implemented in primary schools during the 1990s, and how it fulfilled the initial expectations with which it was introduced, from the perspective of its participants. The objective of the presented dissertation is to propose further potential steps towards the advancement of this domain and to identify topics suitable for further research in the field of reproductive health education on the basis of a survey of available sources, current research and presented research. The project examines the issue through the perspective of respondents from two countries: the Czech Republic and Spain. These two European nations implemented reproductive health education during the same period, yet with distinct approaches. Spain, with its strong Catholic tradition, contrasts with the Czech Republic, which registers a relatively low proportion of individuals with declared religious affiliation, according to statistical data from the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ) in 2021. The bachelor thesis focuses on the leisure activities of deaf children at the second level of primary and secondary school. It investigates the possibilities of leisure activities for children whose preferred communication code is Czech sign language. The thesis describes which leisure activities deaf children attend and which they would like to attend. It also describes the cooperation between the educators of leisure activities and deaf children.
The view of educationalists and the class collective on the inclusive education of pupils a rare neuromuscular disease

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education of pupils with a rare neuromuscular disease. It focuses primarily on students with spinal muscular atrophy and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The importance of multi-disciplinary cooperation and communication between school and family is underlined here. The purpose is to map the specifics and the problematic situation in the inclusion of pupils with ND in primary schools and to analyze the conditions of inclusion of pupils with ND in the class group, the limits of this inclusion and above all possible pitfalls. All this from the teachers' point of view. During the research, a questionnaire survey was conducted by teachers and teacher assistants who work directly with students. Minors' Experience Analysis of Romanticized or Sexualized Contact with an Educator

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of romanticized and sexualized contact of minor students and their adult educators which is being dominantly silenced in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and an empirical part. Theoretical part of the thesis presents psychological aspects of the developmental period of adolescence and of the pedagogical profession, discusses the issue of crossing professional boundaries by an educator and finally defines a specific subtype of educator sexual misconduct: educator sexual abuse of minor students in the form of a mutual sexualized type of a contact. The focus of the empirical part of the thesis is a research project framed by constructivist ontology, feminist epistemology and phenomenological metodology. The research project is an interpretative phenomenological analysis of the experience of five adult women who experienced romanticized or sexualized contact with their educator during adolescence. The purpose of the research was to gain an in-depth understanding of its participants' experiences both from their former adolescent perspective and their contemporary adult perspective and to capture any possible change of their mind during the given period concerning their own experiences. Institutional Care in Czechoslovakia after 1948

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to introduce everyday life of children in institutional care in Czechoslovakia after 1948. The thesis is based upon interviews with former children and educators who were part of the institutional care, using the oral history method. Archival materials were also used as a source. The text describes the different aspects of life in institutional care: birthday parties, relationships between children, holidays, specifics of work in the institution, contact between the children and their biological families, education etc.
The Gender Construction of the Role of Male Teachers in Kindergarten from the Perspective of Pedagogical Professionals

The thesis The Gender Construction of the Role of Male Teachers in Kindergarten from the Perspective of Pedagogical Professionals deals with gender construction of the role of male teachers in kindergartens, from the perspective of the male teachers themselves and from the perspective of female teachers and female directors who teach with male teachers in kindergartens. For this purpose I conducted nonparticipant observation, which was complemented by semistructured interviews. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part deals with fundamental concepts which are related to the research question and empirical part consists of methodical procedures and analysis of interviews with male teachers, female teachers and female directors as well as analysis of fieldnotes from nonparticipant observation.
