RESULTS While evaluating the results of the measured group during the three-month interventional training, fitness of the individual measured groups showed recorded increases as well as decreases. Decreasing average cardiac rate, consequently increasing body fitness, was recorded for men. On the contrary for women, increasing average cardiac rate was recorded and consequently decreasing body fitness. Decreasing maximum pulse rate was recorded during measured spinning lessons for all groups...

Tactics to avoid false testimony
Strouhal, Jan ; Štourač, Petr (referee) ; Čírtková, Ludmila (advisor)
Resumé The name of my thesis is "Tactical Methods of Getting over the False Testimony". My thesis is divided into four parts. Each of these parts is concerned with the particular theme related to the false testimony. The reason I've chosen this theme is that I'm interested in criminal law, especiallly in criminalistics. During my study experience I cooperated with prosecution and police authorities. I could observe and study how law was used in common life and in profesional work of police officers and civil servants. I could see how criminal law was applied in criminal procedure, I was allowed to watch the video records of interrogation and testimony. I had a very good opportunity to use my theory knowledge of law in practice. The first part deals with the word testimony in term of law, criminalistics and forensic psychology. The law determines the basic legal frame of testimony. The Act (Code of criminal procedure) is the main source of law. Criminalistics doesn't only concentrate on the legal frame of testimony. Criminalistics is a special discipline of science that helps police, prosecution and justice to realize the process of interrogation. There are several partial tactical methods how to get over the false testimony in criminalistics. Testimony from the view point of forensic psychology is...

Zones ofOptimal Functioning Questionnaire Supervisor: PhDr. Eva Tomešová, PhD Year of the defence: 2008 Abstract: The main aim of the present study was a translation of the Individua! Zones of Optimal Functioning questionnaire (IZOF), and an intercultural validation ofthe Czech version. The IZOF model is a reputable method in the field of sport psychology. This model stresses the importance of both pleasant and unpleasant emotions on an athlete's successful and unsuccessful performance pattems. The main purpose of IZOF is to describe, predict, better understand, and explain the dynamics of the emotion- performance relationship. The Czech version of IZOF was designed in cooperation with sportmen as translators, using results from qualitative research requesting atletes to describe emotions experienced prior to and during their performance (N = 156); existing emotion and affect scales in Czech (especially POMS and CSAI-II) were also analysed. The first Czech version of the IZOF questionnaire was analysed in a pilot study using protocol analysis and the final version was created with the cooperation of experts from the field ofsport psychology....

V diplomové práci analyzujeme korpus textů firemní e-mailové korespondence a charakterizujeme ho především z pragmatického hlediska. Práce postupuje od vymezení terminologického aparátu a definování obecných pojmů teorie komunikace (komunikační proces, vztahová rovina komunikace, sebeprezentace v komunikaci) k analýze jednotlivých e-mailových zpráv, u nichž přibližujeme širší komunikační kontext, komunikační záměr produktora a vyvolanou reakci u adresátů. Každý z patnácti e- mailů doplňujeme vlastním komentářem. Kromě odborné literatury jsme vycházeli přímo z nashromážděného korpusu textů firemní e-mailové komunikace a zvláštní mnohaleté detailní znalosti komunikačního prostředí popisované firmy. Czech grammatography and cultural reflection of Czech language in the years 1533-1672
