Basic physical preparation in rhythmic gymnastics

of disertation Rhythmic gymnastics (RG) is the only Olympia sport of girls and women and it is characterized by precision, fluency and elegance of movement that emphasizes feminine beauty and grace. At present, there is no coherent concept of long-term sports training of talented gymnasts in Czech RG. The outflow of athletes is evident especially during prepubescence. Basic RG preparation aims gradual development of motor abilities, practice of sports (gymnastics) skills and the beginning of specialized techniques based on the principle of comprehensive movement base. This period (in rhythmic gymnastics between 7-9 years of gymnasts) for further performance growth is very substantial, in terms of content and in terms of training forms and influence of trainers (coaches). Defining the content of movement and gymnastic activities determines the path of development athletes and also defines (for caoches) performance criteria in each age category. The aim of disertation was to verify correspondence between published scientific theories and trainers experience of coaching using the Repertory Grid Technique. Title: Kinesiotherapy in the treatment of patients with eating disorders Summary: The aim of our experiment was evaluate the effect of kineziotherapy (psychomotor therapy) on body image in the treatemnet of the patiens with eating disorders in The Department of Psychiatry on General University Hospital in Prague. The study included 10 women divided into two groups according to the psychiatrist`s diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. The effectiveness of kinesiotherapy was also evaluated about the type of treatment - inpatient of the department for eating disorders and outpatient of the day care institution for eating disorders. We used a validated questionnaire Body Attitude Test (BAT) which is used for negative evaluation of body size, lack of familiarity with one`s own body and general body dissatisfaction. Then we used Test of silhouette according to Stunkard and Test for the evaluation of sensory stimuli according to Petrie. Due to the small sample size, we supplemented the quantitative part with the qualitative interview with open questions. It allowed us to understand the interaction of individuals with their own body. Systematic Review of Researches Trstiny Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatement of Eating Disorders

Title: Systematic Review of Researches Testing Movement and Body Techniques in the Treatment of Eating Disorders. Goal: The goal of this research is to organize the knowledge of past therapeutic researches and cross- connect this knowledge gained through experiments for the benefit of daily psychotherapeutic work and future researches. Methods: The design of the study follows the design of Systematic Review, which carries the highest evidence in the hierarchy of scientific evidence, and which offers the strongest knowledge for practical use. In this research were included studies testing Movement and Body Techniques on samples of patients with Eating Disorders and which were published in English till the year 2008. Results: This research confirms that for the treatment of eating disorders, therapies using body and movement oriented techniques have been used, tested and published since 1970. By the end of the year 2008 there are 41 published researches in the English language. The evidence-based quality of the researches in this field is very good. In 59% of the studies, the strength of the evidence reaches the third of four levels of scientific evidence. Název: Rizikové chování na základních a středních školách na území Karlovarského kraje Risk behavior in primary and secondary schools in the Karlovy Vary Region Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo setřídit informace v oblasti rizikového chování a přiblížit je tak případným čtenářům, na jejichž pozadí je potom mohou využít pro snadnější pochopení získaných dat v části výzkumné. Teoretická část by měla definovat pojmosloví a termíny akcentovaných rizikových forem chování identických pro sledované území a měla by směřovat ke zlepšení a doplnění vědomostí nejen výchovných poradců působících na školách, nýbrž by měla doplnit znalosti zaměstnanců organizací, které s touto problematikou pracují Výzkumná část měla být vstupním diagnostickým klíčem sloužícím k zpětné vazbě pro adiktologické odborníky a měla by být i podkladem pro komise zřízené při radách měst a obcí, jakožto i kraje, které jsou dle zákona doporučujícím orgánem pro schvalování toku finančních prostředků. Sheltered Living Influence on Schizophrenics

Title: Sheltered living influence on schizophrenics Objectives: To find out by the quided interview method what influence has the sheltered living on client's abilities necessary for independent living and his involvement into the society. Methods: The qualitative research was made by an interview method. It was a guided structured interview. There were put 17 questions in the quided interview. Results: There were proved significant changes in client's life caused by the sheltered living. The service solves the problem of living and it significantly helpes in disclosure and training the skills, which will client need in the independent life. Concurrently it helpes the client with re-creation a positive self- reflection and it helps his resocialization and integration into the natural environment. We can confirm the fact, that there is still a lack of services for mental patients. It concerns the sheltered living for limited or unlimited time, the social flats for the service of supported living, but also the assistants and volunteers who would devote their time to the mental patients.
