In the theoretical part of this thesis are prepared on the basis of scientific literature the most important findings concerning the theory and the concept of talent. Main attention is paid to personality of gifted child in preschool and primary school age, their identification, specific forms of behavior and potential problems. Following are summarized basic organizational forms, strategies and models of gifted education. Given the current trend of integration of pupils with special educational needs, the thesis focus on education of gifted students in regular classrooms. In the next section are described the specifics of development and state of the system of care for gifted pupils in the Czech Republic. The final chapter is devoted to issues of personality and teacher education. Basic instrument can be stock, bond, interest rate, index and etc. These instruments are characteristic by derived feature, big leverage effect, risk managing possibility and speculative function for investors. Twice exceptional children in pedagogical and psychological practise
Smítková, Ivana ; Morávková Krejčová, Lenka (referee) ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor)
In the theoretical part of this thesis the aim is to map problems of gifted children focusing on the highly specific field of so called twice-exceptional children, i.e. gifted children with disabilities. Keeping in mind relative newness and poor familiarity it is essential to bring up the theme of the dual exceptionality in a wider context. Therefore the theoretical part begins with defining of related basic terms - intelligence, giftedness, talent and creativity. Chapters concerning phenomena of twice-exceptional children are inserted at the end of the theoretical part after general summarizing information about gifted children - their characteristics, development, identification, education and so on. These chapters which directly refer to studied group of gifted children round off the theoretical part and concurrently form some transition to an empirical part. The empirical part of the thesis comes out from pedagogical and psychological practice. Its object is to present concrete expressions, the link with development and influences of educational approach along the most significant subgroups of twice-exceptional children through selected casuistries. These data should be a practical replenishment and illustration of mapped psychological problems of gifted children that the theoretical part of the thesis...

The system of education in the Czech army
Šplíchalová, Vladana ; Vybíhal, Miroslav (referee) ; Mužík, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis provides information and clarity on the education system in the army of the Czech Republic, as well as its role and the reason why it is needed. The thesis also describes individual steps of this education system, including a system for life-long education. This document aims to provide basic information regarding the army of the Czech Republic, primarily the need for its existence and its tasks, but also its role in the world-wide context. Furthermore, it looks deeper into high-school and university education, as well as a vast life-long education system. The life-long education system covers an extensive offer from elementary to highly specialized courses. Additionally, the thesis tries to clarify potential career opportunities for soldiers leaving the army. The points stated above, such as the scope of this system, and life-long education, have become the major reasons why I have selected this theme. Last but not least, the thesis provides a constructive view of this education system, some of its challenges and new areas to explore. It provides an overview of all the education activities in the army. This can help those who would like to get to know more facts about this complex system, since the times of army mandatory service are gone, and as such, there is not much information available....

Foreign exchange risk management in the company IMP Jablonec
Vaculík, Martin ; Taušer, Josef (advisor) ; Nývlt, Daniel (referee)
The diploma paper offers a complex view on hedging of a foreign exchange risk in a concrete company, which is highly dependent on export. Preliminary theoretical part sums up all the possibilities how to avoid risk, including hedging or financial derivatives. Specific attention is paid to in practise always more popular option strategies. Practical part then try to apply all the acquired knowledge on a concrete company. After the complex analysis of revenues and expenditures is presented analysis and evaluation of the whole hedging strategy.

Differentiation of yeast colonies and development of new approaches to monitor oxygen and nutrient availability
Vopálenská, Irena ; Janderová, Blanka (advisor) ; Demnerová, Kateřina (referee) ; Pichová, Iva (referee)
Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae as an unicellular organism is one of the best-studied experimental organisms. It is an important model organism for the study of intracellular processes of eukaryotic cells. Yeasts are also social organisms with cell-to-cell communication able to form organized multicellular structures (colonies and biofilms). Yeast and other microorganisms in nature prefer to form colonies on solid substrates rather than to grow as "planktonic" single cells (Palková, 2004; Wimpenny, 2009). The yeast S. cerevisiae typically forms colonies, biofilms were described only rarely. Yeast colonies exhibit an organized morphological pattern characteristic of each particular yeast strain (Kocková-Kratochvílová, 1982). This work is focusing on morphology and differentiation of the S. cerevisiae colonies of common laboratory strains forming less structured colonies, and strains of the Σ1278b genetic background forming highly structured "fluffy" colonies. It shows that polarized budding pattern and especially cell ability to form aggregates enable development of structured morphology. During development of "fluffy" colonies two differently regulated events of dimorphic switch from yeast form to filamentous growth occur. One of these events is dependent on the surface glycoprotein, Flo11p flocculin. This...

Methodology for design of digital archives
Získal, Bohuš ; Souček, Jiří (advisor) ; Sklenák, Vilém (referee) ; Bratková, Eva (referee)
Bohuš Získal Methodology for design of digital archives Summary: This work examines how concepts and recommendations defined within the ISO 14721:2003 standard could be applied to archives in audiovisual industry and how its key components and processes relate to the corresponding structure of real production archives. A basic overview of audiovisual content formats, storage solutions and metadata structures is provided with respect to long time content preservation. The most common standards (international, industry and proprietary ones) specific for this area are discussed within the perspective of inevitable data migration process. As certain types of organisation have their archive deeply integrated in the production process and its functional and organisational parts could not be easily distinguished from the rest of the structure, the various approaches to the complex archive design are evaluated, including a brief introduction to MAM system role and implementation. The data migration to new solutions also means the integration with the existing technologies, where a rather higher level of dependence on commercially available solutions is often involved. As the interoperability standards are not widely adopted yet, some decisions are inevitably tied with previously adopted technologies. Changes in...

Code Assertions Verification Using Backward Symbolic Execution
Husák, Robert ; Kofroň, Jan (advisor) ; Parízek, Pavel (referee)
In order to prevent, detect and fix errors in software, various tools for programmers are available, while some of them are able to reason about the behaviour of the program. In the case of C# programming language, the main representatives are Microsoft FxCop, Code Contracts and Pex. Those tools can, indeed, help to build a highly reliable software. However, when a company wants to include them in the software development process, there is a significant overhead involved. Therefore, we created a "light- weight" assertion verification tool called AskTheCode that can help the user to focus on a particular problem at a time that needs to be solved. Because of its goal-driven approach, we decided to implement it using backward symbolic execution. Although it can currently handle only basic C# statements and data types, the evaluation against the existing tools shows that it has the potential to eventually provide significant added value to the user once developed further. Archivation and data backup
Zámostný, Jindřich ; Havránek, Martin (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with backup and archiving of data in a business environment. The first part of the thesis focuses on individual categories of backup systems for possibilities how to backup and archiving as well as the backup repository. Given that companies are dependent on the timeliness and availability of data, spending more and more resources on systems that they ensure that data is securely backed up. The second part contains analysis of the current backup status in the company. It also includes requirements for business what they need to back up. After that three backup and archiving systems are chosen, which meet the business requirements. The last part deals with the evaluation of information and recommendations.
