This Bachelor’s thesis deals with human resourcing management. Main goal of this thesis is to propose changes in the motivational system of the company, which supports development in this area. Theoretical part is devoted to the interpretation, which is the basis for creation of the analytical part and their own proposals to improve employee motivation and their subsequent effectiveness and satisfaction. The problems were identified through interviews with the company's management and a questionnaire survey. There were made several proposals in this area due to insufficient results.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the motivational system of employees in the selected company. The goal of this work is to propose effective changes in the company's current motivational system. Using the theoretical part, it defines individual key terms, which are subsequently used in other parts of the work. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the motivational system of employees in the company, using observation and questioning methods. The results of these analyzes and methods serve as a basis for the design part of the work. In the design part, specific changes in the current employee motivation system are processed.

The theoretical part is focused on HR and the definition of employee benefits from the accounting and tax point of view, including their legislative regulation. The practical part is devoted to benefits provided in specific engineering companies, with their subsequent comparison. Finally, a questionnaire survey is evaluated, on the basis of which proposals for improving the remuneration system are made.

The second part presents the company, its current situation and the analysis of data obtained through quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The practical part is based on the previous analytical part and presents a proposal for recommended changes in the motivation and reward system of the company in order to increase employee satisfaction.

This bachelor thesis focuses on motivational program for employees at TDK Electronics s.r.o. and its potential changes aimed at improving employee job satisfaction. In the theoretical part, basic motivation theories and current trends in motivational systems are introduced. The analytical part focuses on a detailed examination of the current state of the company's motivational program and the analysis of employee satisfaction with this motivational program using interview methods and supplementary observation methods. From the analysis, it emerged that employees are most dissatisfied with the financial compensation for their work (372 employees), limited selection of company benefits (308 employees), lack of information regarding the company's future (301 employees), and poor quality workwear and footwear (151 employees). The outputs of this analysis are then utilized in the practical part to formulate practical suggestions for improving employee satisfaction. These suggestions include introducing new elements into the existing motivational system, such as implementing forms for employees to express their opinions and suggestions regarding employee benefits, holding regular meetings with company management to increase employee awareness, and introducing anonymous surveys. Finally, a solution to dissatisfaction with work clothing and footwear is proposed. The result of the work should be a more efficient, flexible, and well-adapted motivational program that reflects the current needs and expectations of employees, promotes their engagement, and increases their loyalty to the organization.

The theoretical part discusses the concepts related to the topic and serves as a theoretical basis for the analytical and proposal part. The analytical part introduces the company and analyses its current situation. This is followed by data collection in the form of an interview. After evaluating the results, the proposal part makes suggestions and recommendations for changes to increase employee satisfaction and performance.
