Marketing comunication of a company: A proposal of a company design

This work focuses on corporate marketing communication means which are used to reach its target groups. In the theoretical part, important aspects of corporate communications are examined, especially the communication of the company through a unified corporate visual identity. In the practical part these findings are applied to a particular company, it describes its current model of communication and subsequently a redesign of its visual communications is proposed and processed in graphic program.
Visual identities of film festivals

This bachelor's thesis aims to present film festivals taking place in the Czech Republic, as well as to take a closer look at their visual identity during the last 3 up to 5 years. I would like to create an extensive overview of the graphic and audiovisual creations of each event, but also to understand, how they have been made and what graphic elements, techniques and composition rules have been used. This work is also intended to use gathered information in order to to create a new unified visual identity of Multifest - a short film festival featuring movies shot by multimedia students at the University of Economics in Prague. In the theoretical part of the thesis I elaborate the basic theme-related terms, and explain why visual identity is that important nowadays. I also offer a historical overview of the Czech movie and festival posters. In the analytical part I explore the visual identities of film festivals currently taking place in the Czech Republic. I focus on the local student film festivals. Descriptions involving visual materials are to create a brief outline of the evolution and main trends of graphic design in the field. The practical part focuses on creating a new unified visual identity for the Multifest Festival. This part extensively describes the particular workflow steps in creating the new identity, from setting the goals via target groups research and drafting, to final creation of the necessary graphic and audio materials.

In this bachelors thesis, I decided to focus on the topic of personal branding. The aim of this work is to propose a visual identity for me as for a lettering artist.(letterer) The magnitude of personal branding for freelance designers is thoroughly discussed in the introductory part. Corporate and personal branding and the differences between them are defined in the theoretical part. Knowledge gained early is subsequently applied to use in the next part. The practical part is split into different sections. Those sections describe creation process for logo design, personal website and its simpler version for mobile users, business cards and resume. I presented a way for designing your own personal branding that will prove beneficial for freelancers. The most important result of my thesis is a creation of personal branding that is essential for achieving better results in my field.
Branding concept for a new photoalbum brand and its introduction on a market

The subject of this bachelor thesis is designing a branding concept for a new photoalbum brand. The main purpose is to explain and define the importance of strong and unite brand identity, that can help build a strong brand. The practise part is about introducing the concept of a new photoalbum brand, for which new brand identity was designed, all reffering to the theoretical part of the thesis. According to the analysis of the field of competiton and definition of the characteristics of target audience, an options for publicity and advertising were introduced.
Corporate identity of cultural institutions

This thesis researches relationship between corporate identity and cultural environment. It explains and analyses key subjects such as graphic design, corporate image, corporate culture, corporate communication, corporate product, target group, symbol, brand, vision, mission etc. It is divided into three parts – first part contains definitions, second part contains analysis of two key studies – Na zábradlí Theatre and Josef Kajetán Tyl Theatre and then there’s third part, which merges the previous (theoretical and practical) into one, which should outline process of creating own brand identity. The last part is focused mostly on handling with corporate design. The thesis emphasizes necessity and reason of professional marketing approach to achieve rising brand equity and stable growth of any cultural corporation.

Theme of my bachelor project is the corporate identity of Foundation of Pediatric Oncology KRTEK. Design consist of logotype, business cards, promotional cards, brochure for sponsors, design of website and promotional campaign based on videospots. My aim was to focus on the promotion and propose a strategy to present its activities. The corporate identity is based on the children's playfulness and especially on a personal and positive attitude of people in Foundation, which is in these situations important.
A Personal Stamp on Paper Products

In this bachelor’s thesis I am mainly concerned with creating of my own paper-making trade mark under the label of Papíři. It is intended as a small scale experimental stationery as an alternative to common paper production. In the field of book binding I strive for innovation in different types of binding. With respect to maintain the high quality level of products, I prefer the handmade style and a small number of copies made of good materials with the use of my own binding techniques. The part of my bachelor thesis is also devoted to designing of visual style of Papíři label, logotype, website layout with online store, examples of products and proposal of promotion channels.
The Visual Style of Canoe Races in Týn nad Vltavou

I focused on design of information and promotional materials of Canoe Marathon World in Tyn nad Vltavou. I concentrated mainly on the failures of the current visual style and proposed new solutions. The key is to design a new logo and its modifications, which will be put to use in a slight variation in the coming years. Art themes based on specific objects, materials and phenomena (lamina structure, paddles, movement) are simplified into almost abstract forms.
Corporate design of the Primary school and Kindergarten Brno

This Master´s Thesis deals with the visual style of Elementary school and Kindergarten Brno, Blažkova 9, state-funded institution with the main emphasis on its logo. The thesis also concentrates on the form of corporate identity, culture, image and corporate design in terms of graphic theory and on the comparison of corporate brands of elementary schools of both the same and different localization throughout the republic. The monitoring of various elementary schools and their logos including their applications has been carried out as a basis for the thesis. In its conclusion the thesis presents author´s design of graphic manual that should be used by the above mentioned elementary school for presentation purposes from school year 2016/2017 onwards.
Motion Design in the communication of TV stations

The aim of the thesis is to analyse different ways of motion design utilization in communication of TV stations and to describe particularities of designing their corporate identities. The theoretical part outlines the topic of corporate identity and communication by means of mass media. The main focus is on the term of motion design mainly in connection with communication of TV stations. The practical part analyses attitudes and complete processes of TV station identity development at three particular cases: Prima Cool, ČT Art and O2 Sport. The central theme is the workflow of creative studios which is given in context of the TV station development, it's branding and communication. The practical part is based upon consultations with authors of the corporate identities. Subsequently, the findings are compared and evaluated in the conclusion.
