Proposal for Racruitment and Adaptation of Employees in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the selection of new employees and their adaptation in a selected company. The thesis contains theoretical background of the issue of recruitment, selection and training of new employees. An analysis of internal documents is performed, followed by individual interviews with persons involved in the process of selecting and training new employees. Based on this analysis of the current situation, are designed proposed to improve the whole process of selecting and training employees for the selected company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on mapping the current employee education system in a selected company using a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview with the company's regional director. The aim of the thesis is to propose a strategy for employee education based on the findings from mapping the current system. The theoretical part includes a literary review explaining basic concepts, while the practical part is devoted to qualitative and quantitative research. I conclude with proposal of strategic recommendations that can help develop the knowledge and skills of the company's employees.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of methods of training and preparation of showjumping horses with different performance levels. A total of six horses with various levels of performance from Z to T were monitored. This research took 3 months with each horse individually. Differences in training methods and volumes and frequency of intensive and rest work were monitored. Detailed monitoring revealed differences in both intensive and rest work in the studied categories. Differences between categories were most obvious in showjumping work (each horse was individually prepared according to its needs and showjumping experience). Statistically significant differences were also found in resting work, namely in spending time in the paddock (F= 6,924++). Approach work was used especially more in horses with Z - ZL performance than in other horses. The approach work accounted for 66 %, resp. 70 % of the total volume of intensive work during preparation. This was slightly less and similar for the S-ST horses (43 %, reps. 64 %) and the T horses (45 %. resp. 63 %). Showjumping work up to 100 cm was used of horses with Z - ZL level of performance at a volume of 45 minutes in the 1st month of training and gradually increased in the 2nd and 3rd months (90, resp. 225 minutes per month). Showjumping work up to 120 cm was represented only with horses with S-ST level of performance (45, resp. 135 min per month). This group of horses also made more use of show jump work up to 125 cm (45, resp. 180 min per month). The T grade horse was trained on jumps from 110 cm to 135 cm throughout the training. Field work was used most in the training of Z - ZL horses (45, resp. 570 min per month). Longe work was used in all horse categories, but most in S - ST horses (60, resp. 360 min per month) and in T horses, where the amount of longing work increased.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the use of a dog in competitive herding, which is based on the use of a dog on the farm and to verify its ability to control the herd. Furthermore, the thesis describes the characteristics of breeds that are used for herding. The training of the monitored dog was carried out in 5 stages at 2 training centers under the guidance of experienced instructors. In the second phase, the dog passed the unofficial Natural Herding Aptitude Test (NHAT), with the rating "passed" in the Socialization section and "excellent" in the Shepherd Talent section. The training was completed by successful completion of unofficial competition with fourth place out of 12 dogs. The most commonly used dog breeds are Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, and Smooth Collie. The possibility to attend training sessions in several training areas and to consult training with more instructors has a positive effect on the overall training progress. An integral part of the overall performance of the pair is the role of the handler, who must give commands to the dog in time and correctly estimate the situation. When complications occur while training, it is not advisable to force the dog to work, as it might loose interest. At the competition that test the readiness of the dog and the handler, the handler should try to stay calm, as stressed handler might negatively affect the performance of the dog by sending wrong body signals.

Management of the development of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools

The thesis deals with the issues of the management of human resourses in secondary vocational schools. It describes the headteachers' attitude and experience in this area. The aim is to map, analyse and form conclusions, which will be useful and helpful in headteacher's work, to show a potential for teachers development, to apply knowledge from this area of the general management to a specific school environment and to show the meaning and and the growing importance of these processes in schools. The conclusions are based on research made in secondary vocationals schools among the headteachers and teachers with the questionnaire as a research tool. Managing the training process in bodybuilding

Anotation Title: Managing the training process in bodybuilding This thesis describes the sport of bodybuilding and its training process. It also describes aspects of managing the training process and based on own research determines what impact the training process is applied to changes in the state of training and performance. There is also considering the impact of specific training methods and intensification. In the research of this thesis, we used different testing methods. We performed functional tests, anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests. Based on these tests, we studied the effect of training programs for performance in bodybuilding. We found that the use of specific methods and intensification has a significant influence on the performance of bodybuilding. We also found that effective management of training process has an overall positive effect on performance status in the bodybuilding sport. Motivation for staff training in a selected organization

This bachelor thesis focuses on employee motivation for training in a chosen organization. In the theoretical part of the thesis, terms, such as training, types and methods of training, motivation and its methods, are explained. The second, empirical part is focused closely on the actual company, Makro Cash & Carry ČR s.r.o., quantitative research method of questionnaire survey and analysis of available documents were used to inquire requirements on employee training, employee motivation for further training, employee participation in training activities and desired topics of training activities.
Competency model as a a tool for systematic training in the student organization

The aim of this thesis is to create a competency model for the jobs of new members of a student organization. The competency model is used to assemble a list of the types of educational activities that should be undertaken by the member in a half year frame after they start working on the new position in the organization. This goal is reflected by the structure of this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, the reader is acquainted with the concepts of competence, employee education, competency model, and management through competencies. The knowledge of these terms and their meaning is crucial for the understanding of the domain of education management. The contents of the second chapter deal with the various methods of development and educational activities, the systematical education and its phases, and the creation of competency model in an organization. The knowledge that is presented in the theoretical part comes originally from the corporate environment. But there it was created to address the same problems that are also faced by educational organizations, and also by organizations in which the education of its members is one of their secondary goals.
