Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výběrem nových zaměstnanců a jejich adaptací ve vybrané společnosti. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska problematiky získávání, výběru a zaškolování nových zaměstnanců. Je provedena analýza interních dokumentů a následně individuální rozhovory s osobami zainteresovanými v procesu výběru a zaškolování nových zaměstnanců. Na základě této analýzy současného stavu jsou navrženy návrhy na zlepšení celého procesu výběru a zaškolování zaměstnanců pro zvolenou společnost. This diploma thesis deals with the selection of new employees and their adaptation in a selected company. The thesis contains theoretical background of the issue of recruitment, selection and training of new employees. An analysis of internal documents is performed, followed by individual interviews with persons involved in the process of selecting and training new employees. Based on this analysis of the current situation, are designed proposed to improve the whole process of selecting and training employees for the selected company.
