Component design for Joomla editorial system

The bachelor’s thesis describes the creation and implementation of component for the management of electronic library in the Joomla content management system. In the introduction, there are explain the basic concepts, such as what is a component or CMS. The rest of the work is focused on the creation of its own component. The final application allows user to execute basic operations such as adding and deleting records in the system. The entire application is programmed in PHP language with the use of certain internal Joomla content management system functions and interact with MySQL database. The main aim of this work is to create a free software, which can be further modify and extend.

At first we define term content management system and existing open-source systems of this type are discussed. Then we determinate the requirements for the designed system, including an application that enables centralized management of updates, operating on different domains. The content of this bachelor's thesis is analysis and design of e-shop and content management system which is using universal data model of relational databases. Part of the thesis is focused on problematics of general universal data model. The following sections are focused on design of specific universal data model and design of other parts of the system. The work verified the applicability of such a model for e-shop and content management system and also verified customers interest in this type of system.
Web presentation tools

The content management system with unique graphics environment and characteristic of cloud computing operating systems is major subject of this thesis. The core of the system consist of: - PHP code on the server side - JavaScrip with data asynchronous transmission (AJAX technology) on the client side. MySQL database is used for saving data and system’s setting. The core of the system is able to create and manage any number of user’s window and also handle synchronization of data between client and server. System is programmed modulary – system is able to expand by modules. System contains several frequently used modules as: user manager, content manager, events, photogallery, contests, etc. To create new modules quickly and easily are prepared some classes which can manage and generate basic system’s objects. Translation of system to any language is possible because of the text part loading from a language file.
Ontology-Based Content Management System

This thesis deals with the analysis, design and implementation of a system based on semantic technologies and ontology languages. There is described the semantic web and its concept, technology of semantic web especially RDF and OWL and the ability to view on the Web. Another part of this work treats with the specification, analysis, design actual implementation of the system, which processes the ontology and allows users to create individual depending on the definition of the ontology. The created content is presented on the Web annotated. The result of this work is the demonstration application.
E-commerce Design for Gardening Company

This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of e-shop for the company dealing with horticulture. E-shop will also be a tool for client´s presentation at the Internet area. Initial data for draft of the e-shop are based on client´s requirements. In the thesis we state the theoretical knowledge necessary for implementation the analysis of client´s requirements and the draft of e-shop according to individual requirements. The thesis consists of: the analysis of the technology used for creating of the e-shop, the description of the client, the surrounding, in which he operates, presenting and describing the final way of the e-shop.
