My bachelor thesis deals with the marketing research of UNIFER Company which focuses on awareness and approaches to education, as well as the possibility of professional practice among university students in Brno. The theoretical part defines terms related to marketing research which then serve to process the analytical part. Based on research results of questionnaires, proposed recommendations will be made for the development and improvement of services of UNIFER Company.

RESUME THE SIX-MONTH TRAINEESHIP IN THE PHARMACY FROM THE STUDENTS' POINT OF VIEW Author: Jana Najmanová Tutor: RNDr. Jana Kotlářová, Ph. D. Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Introduction: The six-month traineeship at a pharmacy is an obligatory course for the final year students who have been studying Pharmacy at FAF UK in Hradec Kralove. The purpose of this course is to fix the theory and let the students transform their knowledge into practical skills while preparing them to work at a pharmacy. Aim of the thesis: The evaluation of the questionnaire survey from two academical years. The summary and comparison of the opinion of final year students at FAF UK on their six-month traineeship, the pharmacy where they had been completing their practice and assessing the feasibility of the students' change proposals. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of the six- month traineeship at a pharmacy mainly in the term of legislation and current requirements. Psychosocial and organizational factors in nursing in selected non-governmental bed care institution.

The bachelor thesis "Psychosocial and Organizational Factors in Nursing in Selected Non- Governmental Bed Care Institutions" focuses on how nurses in non-state health care institutions perceive and evaluate the working environment and the conditions in which they provide nursing care. A positive assessment of the work environment has a significant impact on the quality and safety of the care provided. The work has a common structure composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the psychosocial and organizational factors that affect nursing work. Attention is paid not only to mental and physical burden, but also to organizational factors. The empirical part includes self-examination and presentation of results. The aim was to evaluate the results of our own investigation and to compare it with the results of previously conducted studies in the United States of America, Australia, Denmark and Portugal. Vocational training in the business academy and cooperation with employers Marcela Sládková ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with contemporary issues of secondary vocational education and involvement of employers in this process. The theoretical part focuses on the system of secondary vocational education in the Czech Republic, the framework educational programs and the legislative of cooperation between schools and employers. Further it describes the goals of the Education Policy Strategy in the Czech Republic by 2020 in the area of Vocational Education in cooperation with employers and follows concrete possibilities of cooperation between employers representatives and business academy, especially within the students' practical training. The important role of the school principal in this collaboration is pointed out. The research part analyses the cooperation between the teachers, employers and students in terms of mutual requirements for practical training. This section provides knowledge, experience and incentives for employers, and also provides recommendations for cooperation in the same or similar types of schools.
