Šestiměsíční odborná praxe v lékárně z pohledu studentů Autor: Jana Najmanová Vedoucí diplomové práce: RNDr. Jana Kotlářová, Ph.D. Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Univerzita Karlova v Praze Úvod: Šestiměsíční odborná praxe v lékárně je povinným předmětem závěrečného úseku studia na Farmaceutické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy v Hradci Králové. Smyslem této praxe je připravit studenta na možné aspekty práce v lékárně, zvládnutí praktických dovedností, upevnění a prohloubení teoretických poznatků získaných během studia. Cíl práce: Vyhodnocení dotazníkového průzkumu ze dvou ak. roků a shrnutí a porovnání názorů studentů 5. ročníku FaF UK na jejich 6M praxe, na lékárnu, ve které praxi absolvovali, a posouzení reálnosti jimi uváděných změn ohledně provádění praxe. V teoretické části zaměření se na problematiku 6M praxe v lékárně z pohledu legislativního a přiblížení aktuálních požadavků na tuto praxi na FaF UK. Metodika: Sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníku, vytvořeném na Katedře sociální a klinické farmacie FaF UK v roce 2007, jehož respondenty byli studenti 5. ročníku programu Farmacie. V programu MS Excel byly zpracovány odpovědi studentů z ak. roku 2007/2008 a z ak. roku 2014/2015. Vyhodnocení bylo provedeno pomocí funkce filtrů a dále zpracováno. Reálnost... Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Introduction: The six-month traineeship at a pharmacy is an obligatory course for the final year students who have been studying Pharmacy at FAF UK in Hradec Kralove. The purpose of this course is to fix the theory and let the students transform their knowledge into practical skills while preparing them to work at a pharmacy. Aim of the thesis: The evaluation of the questionnaire survey from two academical years. The summary and comparison of the opinion of final year students at FAF UK on their six-month traineeship, the pharmacy where they had been completing their practice and assessing the feasibility of the students' change proposals. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of the six- month traineeship at a pharmacy mainly in the term of legislation and current requirements. Methodology: A questionnaire survey which was created at the Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy at the Charles University in 2007 took place to collect the data.
