In the analytical part, the thesis focuses on the introduction of the club, its analysis of the current state, the analysis of the competition and the marketing research itself. In the proposal part, I come up with my own suggestions for improving marketing communication to help build the club's brand and spread awareness. I draw on the findings that have emerged from all the analyses carried out and also from my own experience gained from working in the club.

In the final part of the work, based on the performed analyses, improvements will be proposed that should positively affect sales by increasing the number of new customers and satisfying their needs.

In the third part, the analysis of the company is made and thanks to this knowledge, in the fourth part, measures for improving the communication mix are proposed.
