Integrating children with special need into the standart kindergarten program

The bachelor thesis deals with inclusion of children in need of support into ordinary kindergarten. The goal of the submitted bachelor thesis was to find out how the inclusion of children in need of support goes into specific kindergarten from the perspective of parents and teachers. The component goal was to find out how the parents and teachers rate the inclusive education and how they see the inclusion in the preschool education The results of investigation should serve to improving of conditions of inklusive education in specific kindergafrten. Also, they may serve to the public for orientation how the inclusion of children in need of support goes and which support measures may be provided.
The profession of a teaching assistant at a primary school from his own perspective

The rigorous work of the profession of teaching assistant at primary school in its own perspective, is based on the diploma thesis, where the profession of teaching assistant was of interest. She discussed pedagogical assistants in terms of motivation, which led the actors to perform the profession, in terms of demands on this profession, cooperation with teachers, students and their parents. The work also examined the position / role of teaching assistants in the school and looks at the self-perception of the actors themselves. Rigorous work is largely built on this basis. The work is divided into two parts, ie the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the reader is first acquainted with the trend of inclusive education, the division of pupils with special educational needs and the establishment of support measures, which include, among other things, the profession of teaching assistant. Emphasis is also placed on legislation and legislative changes to Decree 27/2016 Coll., Which are valid from the beginning of 2020. Attitudes to pupil with learning disabilities and behavioral disorder at lower secondary school from the perspective of school teacher assistant

The main subject of the thesis is based on characteristics of the attitudes to a pupil with specific learning disabilities and behavioral disorder in the frame of an upper stage of an ordinary elementary school (based on the standards of the Czech republic). The theoretical part initially describes the school system of Czech republic and the legislative framework of the primary education of pupils with special educational needs. Subsequently, a group of pupils with specific learning disabilities and behavioral disorder is defined from a main group of pupils with special educational needs. Thereafter, the provided support to those pupils is characterized alongside with a brief job description of a school teacher assistant. Considering the frequent connection of special learning disabilities to other difficulties, the symptom ADD/ADHD is explained as next. The pupil's personality is specified in the last section. Specific Learning Disabilities at regular Elementary School, Montessori and Waldorf schools with a focus on dyslexia.

This bachelor thesis is focused on Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) and the possibilities of support for pupils with SLD in common primary school and alternative schools with Montessori and Waldorf educational system. The theoretical part of the thesis describes SLD in general, the methods of re-education and counselling with focus on Czech legislative system. It also describes Dyslexia separately as the most common SLD. One chapter of the theoretical part is focused on alternative educational systems of Montessori and Waldorf schools. In the practical part of the thesis there is the description of the research consisted of three case studies of children with SLD and six interviews with both classical teachers and Special Education Needs Teachers in three primary schools one classical public school, one school with Waldorf education and one Montessori school.
Educational communication between the teacher and the pupil-foreigner at a primary school

Diploma thesis responds to the current topic of education of pupils-foreigners at the Czech primary schools. It mainly focuses on the problem of pupils-foreigners' integration into regular learning process and identification of effective ways of learning support in teaching of these pupils. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge related to the mentioned problems. Emphasis is placed on defining the main communication barrier in pupils-foreigners' learning. Further are presented methodological recommendations and inspiration available from expert literature, which relate to the pupils-foreigners' inclusion into regular lessons. The practical part is aimed at helping teachers-beginners. It is based on qualitative research constisting of research methods of interview, expert questionnaire and reflective analysis of its own experience. Therefore, it brings and evaluates the way in which the communication between teachers and pupils-foreigners takes place in the common practice of several Prague's primary schools. The outcomes include examples of good teaching experience, methodological strategies and other recommendations that help pupils-foreigners to overcome the communication barrier.
Inclusive education with a focus on pupils from socially and culturally different or disadvantaged backgrounds

The thesis deals with the topic of inclusive education in terms of inclusion of children from socio-culturally disadvantaged backgrounds into mainstream education. In the theoretical part there is description of the current situation in the Czech Republic based on the analysis of relevant sources of information regarding inclusive education. Inclusive education is viewed in the context of special education, multicultural education and social environment. As next there is outlined part of a legislative framework of this education and the possibility of support measures in the form of group tutoring. The practical part describes the group tutoring as one of the possible form of support measures. The group tutoring is analysed on the basis of the results of survey among children, who attended the group tutoring, and structured interviews with volunteers who helped to guide this tutoring.
