The influence of specialities Tourism and Entreprising with Small and Medium Company on the student´s decision to start to do the business

The thesis pursues how the young people perceive their entrepreneurial opportunities and if they are determined to do their business. The influence of educational facilites and educators is important. Nowadays students have a big support and stable base from their side. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the influence of specialities. There were used qualitative and quantitative questionnaire surveys. These surveys find out the influence of both specialities and other inducements on the student's decision to start to do the business. The case studies of already doing business students also serve as a tool to achieve the target. The main benefit of the thesis is finding the mutual relation of students' business plans as well their specialities. By applying these conclusions results question if the specialities are interested in the mutual cooperation. The applicability of these pieces of knowledge is not only for the academic ground.

The aim of this thesis is the business plan focusing on the opening of a specialized store of women's clothing in the Tábor. This thesis is composed of a theoretical part, which build on the practical part. The theoretical part explains the individual concepts relating to business practices in terms of legislativ. There are also outlined the legal forms of business. The key theoretical part is chapter business plan, which focuses on the individual particulars of a business plan and methods that are used in the analysis of the enterprise environment. The practical part is processing the store business plan including a financial plan. In conclusion, the individual results are evaluated according to which it should be clear whether the plan was feasible.
E-shop project with the use of social networks

Diploma Thesis deals with the design and launch of the e-shop Hotversionparts.cz. For this purpose is used the knowledge about business through the Internet, Internet marketing, Competitive Intelligence discipline, social networks, car accessories market and the most important - deep knowledge about real competitors. The pur-poses of this thesis are methodical approach to the project, and go from theoretical information surveys to the application of this information in the real environment. The main part of this thesis is the description of Competitive Intelligence field from theoretical point of view with focus on entrepreneur, and using the latest tools for doing the Competitive Intelligence discipline via social networks. The target of theo-retical analysis is the application of methods and principals described here, in the practical part, which focuses on deep analysis of competitive e-shops chosen. The real illustration of the Competitive Intelligence discipline application in the online shop-ping environment is the biggest contribution of this thesis.
Business plan for a microbrewery in the city of Tábor

The aim of this master's thesis is to demonstrate a business plan tailored for a microbrewery located in the city of Tábor. The thesis consists of two sections. The first being a theoretical part introducing entrepreneurship in general and its application into the small and medium enterprises sector. Furthermore it describes the business plan as a document which includes recommended sections and basic approach of developing an advanced business plan. The other part is the detached microbrewery business plan itself. The business plan main focus points are brewery industry overview, defining the business intention, proposal of each part of such project and the overall viability prospects of the project under the given conditions. Main user of the business plan ought to be used by the entrepreneur himself.

This master thesis approaches the issue of enterprise transfer: from an individual entrepreneur to a limited liability company. Thesis contains definitions of entrepreneur and enterprise as well as provides characteristics of individual entrepreneur and limited liability company. Detailed description of both form of business is given from legal, accounting and fiscal point of view. This thesis deals with the particular reasons for enterprise transfer and with the transfer methods. The practical part analyzes and describes the situation of specific individual entrepreneur, who decides for transition from his actual form of business to the limited liability company.

Thesis "Management of Municipalities in the Sphere of Heating Industry" is concerned with assessment impact of ownership relationships in operation of heat management in municipality Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and comparison prices of heat energy of municipal or private heat companies. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical-methodological and it proceeds from professional literature and it describes municipal enterprise, methods and forms of municipal company management and thesis deals with legislation conditions that adjust energy market of which part is heat industry that can be line of municipal business. Practical part analyses business activities of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in branch of heat producing and distribution, external and internal environment of municipal company Bystřická tepelná s.r.o. and that compares prices of heat energy of municipal and private heat companies.
Business Plan - The setting up of a goat´s farm

The aim of this thesis is the creation of a business plan in order to set up a business. The business is specialised in the breeding of goats and direct distribution of products made from goat's milk. A fundamental part of the plan is constituted by the conducted strategic analysis. The basis of the analysis compilation were data from prominent Czech organizations, an analysis of the market, and communication with competitors and experts. There were also similarities in other important parts of the plan. This is represented by a marketing, production and financial plan. The marketing plan provides information about used marketing strategies. The production plan informs about technologies and the volume of production. In order to validate the viability of the existent aim, the research was conducted on the basis of the financial plan. One of the benefits of this paper is the identification and elaboration of all important aspect influencing the initiation and subsequent functioning of a particular business, as well as the proposition of solutions for problematic areas.

This Master's Thesis focuses on the creation of business plan for the establishment of travel agency specialized in outbound tourism. The theoretical part introduces readers with the most definitions in such fields like business, business plan, legislation related to the travel agencies and principal definitions of tourism. The practical part proceeds from the knowledge gained in theoretical part and introduces the real business plan and verify feasibility of establishment and viability in the Czech travel agencies market. Evaluation of business plan viability was made by financial analysis, composition of SWOT analysis and calculation of break even point.

The goal of my thesis is to develop a business plan, which aims to the establishment of an internet store with narrow specialization. Thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part defines basic notions and structures of the individual parts of business plan. Practical part is formed by a business plan of an internet store, which is focused on selling irish dancing shoes. Business plan mentioned above should discover opportunities for the establishment of an internet store and, if it is possible, under which circumstances.
