Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán pro začínajícího podnikatele v oblasti maloobchodu s korálky a komponenty pro výrobu bižuterie. V rámci práce jsou také prozkoumány možnosti spolupráce s chráněnými dílnami. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny potřebné informace týkající se podnikatelského plánu a základní informace o chráněných dílnách. V praktické části jsou vytvořeny konkrétní části podnikatelského plánu a zhodnocena možnost spolupráce s chráněnou dílnou. V závěru práce jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení finančních výsledků podnikatelského záměru. The aim of thesis is creating of business plan for starting businessman in retail with beads and beads components. In the thesis is looking into possibility of cooperation with sheltered workshops. The theoretical part covers necessary information regarding the business plan and basic informations about sheltered workshops. In the practical part are created specific parts of the business plan and appraisal of cooperation with sheltered workshop. The thesis is ended by draft of measures for improvement of business plan financial situation.
