The diploma thesis focuses on analyzing current information system of small company and proposal of modifications. Improvements of current batch control sheet system are designed as extensions of already implemented functionality and integration of attendance sheet which is related to it. Within the frame of modifications thesis proposes extensions of database model with emphasis to simplicity and complexity of target solution.

The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge about motivation of workers and describes current trends, preferences and demands of employees. There is a research through interviews and questionnaire survey among the employees in a practical part and results are analysed. Based on these results and the information contained in the theoretical part some changes are suggested, due to which the company should have better conditions not only to keep existing employees but also to hire new ones.

Diploma thesis is dealing with contemporary situation in family center Bruno family park in Brno. Theoretical part is brief summary of theoretical background from available literature about human resource management, personnel work, employee motivation, remuneration, job satisfaction, etc. Analytical part contains evaluation actuall personnel situation in the family center, evaluates positive sides and negative sides from sight of employees and management as well. To get needed informations was used survey research between employees and part-time workers and interview with management. This thesis is also focused on job satisfaction and motivation of part-time workers, becouse they are the largest group of workers in company. In proposal part are sugestions of identified problems and try to optimalization of actuall situation.

The practical part deals with information about the company and analysis of the current state of motivation system in the company. The research is carried out using the questionnaire method and interviews with employees. The design part contains a proposal for changes in the company motivation system.
