Current trends in the long-term concept of sports training with a focus on youth categories on the example of a selected sport

Title: Current trends in the long-term concept of sports training with a focus on youth categories on the example of a selected sport Objectives: Investigate what ice hockey experts consider to be trends in youth ice hockey training and what they find to be significant areas of training. Compare said experts' practical knowledge to theory. Find inner connections among individual areas of training which are considered important by experts. Methods: qualitative research - qualitative interviews with experts (open debate, guided interview) Results: The research was conducted in the form of two types of interviews with 11 experts taking part. Three experts underwent the interview of the type I. As a result of these interviews, 15 important areas of training were found, among which 12 inner connections were found (of which 2 were bidirectional). The interviews of type II brought insights of eight experts on the topic of important areas. For example, the optimal age x =12,7 for the commencement of higher intensity training was found, as well as the ratio x =42/58% for the specific/non- specific load during off ice training. Changes in endurance levels in a selected group of pupils due to the Covid-19 pandemic

IN ENGLISH In this diploma thesis we deal with the issue of whether the measures proposed proposed and adopted by the government in connection with the reduction of the spread of Covid-19 have affected the endurance abilities of a selected group of older school-age pupils. We investigated whether the probands had changes in their endurance skills, whether they had improved, stagnated or worsened. The theoretical part presents endurance skills, fitness, physical activity, and anti-coronovirus restrictions. The theoretical part also deals with how the adopted anti-coronary virus measures have affected the lives of older school-age children, especially the exercise regime. In the second part, we focused on testing students in a selected middle school. For testing, we used a simple method of testing aerobic fitness running at 1000 meters. All pupils of the second grade of the school took part in the measurement. We used second grade pupils of all grades and all classes to measure. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out how the measures taken in connection with the effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19 disease affected the endurance abilities of a selected group of students older school age. Comparison of eating habits of middle and older school age girls at selected primary school

This bachelor thesis is focused on the eating habits of girls in elementary school. The goal was to find out whether there are certain differences in the way they eat between middle- aged and older school-age girls at a selected primary school. Whether their eating habits differ due to their age. The sub-targets therefore focus on how many times a day the girls eat, if they have a cooked diet each day, whether they eat breakfast and, if so, how regularly. The theoretical part is devoted to information about nutrition, nutritional components and nutritional value of food. Subsequently, it focuses on the distribution of school age, the main principles of a child's diet, important components of the diet and the common mistakes related to the overall diet of children. Last but not least, the most common problems related to eating habits, such as eating disorders or, conversely, overweight or obesity, are also mentioned. The practical part contains a questionnaire, which was attended by a total of 132 girls. In particular, 66 girls of middle school age and 66 girls of older school age. The girls used a semi-structured questionnaire to answer questions about their eating habits. Motivation of primary and secondary schools to sport

ABSTACT: This bachelor thesis studies the main sources of motivation of elementary- and secondary- school children to participate in physical activities and compares the differences in motivation. In addition, it explores factors that influence the choice of sports field, in particular the social context (parents, friends, availability etc.) and the different a approach to sports among girls and boys. In the theoretical part, I define relevant terminology regarding motivation, physical activity, exercise and sports. Then, I focus on the distinctive aspects of upper elementary- and secondary-school age groups and the specific conditions and opportunities to engage in sports in Jilemnice. The practical part describes the applied methods and the research that was performed among the students of the elementary and secondary schools in Jilemnice in the form of questionnaire. Finally, the research is evaluated. The results and collected data are presented in tabular and chart form.

Analysis of didactic interaction of group skiing tuition at primary schools

Title: Analysis of didactic interaction of group skiing tuition at primary schools Objectives: Goal of this research is to compare didactic interaction of the teacher and group of pupils while skiing tuition at primary schools Methodos: As a basic method in this research has been used the M ADI method (Modified analysis of didactic interaction) which is a categorical observational system. With this analysis it is possible to get data that describe didactic interaction between teacher ( instructor) and his pupils, particularly forms of teachers behavior, didactic content of his tuition, didactic situations and approach activity.Questionnaire was another used method. Results: Results of this research have confirmed that the didactic interaction structure is highly influenced by skiing abilities of the pupils. Changes in quality of didactic interaction were not found in both groups. Results of both the analysis and questionnaire provide feedback to the instructor. Possibilities of physical therapy in idiopathic scoliosis for children in middle school age

This bachelor thesis concern about physioterphy of children in middle school age with diagnosed idiopathic scoliosis. The aim of this work is to compile the exerscises for these patients and at the end in the conclusion evaluate the effectivity. The theoretical part is aimed at describtion of anatomical structures, which are directly affeccted by the idiopathic scoliosis, or which could affect the scoliotic curve after the activation. Further there is a describtion of middle school age, it´s physiological aspects and the influence of this age for cooperation with physiotherapist. Then in the thesis follows the definition of scoliosis, classification of the idiopatic scoliosis by localization, by the severity of the curve deterioration and by age of diagnosing the scoliosis. Furthermore is rewiew of diagnostic methods, which can be used to reveal of scoliosis and a list of therapeutical methods and procedures aimed at the treatment of idiopathic scoliosis. The practical part was processed by the qualitative research. In the first part there is an enlargement of clinical examination of scoliosis, which is afterwards applied to two patients. In the clinical cases is described the examination of the subjects, detail anamnesis, the entering and comclusional kinesiological analysis and the process of therapy. In the conclusion is a proposition of long-term rehabilitative programme.

Study of Reality in Art Education at the Primary School

The diploma thesis deals with the art studies of reality at primary school. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part has three chapters in total. The first one is focused on the definition of the reality study and its development from prehistoric times to contemporary art. In the second, the focus is on the historical and contemporary concepts of art education. The last section is devoted to the ontogenetic pupils' development of younger and middle school age. Although reality study is found in the curriculum, there is considerable reserve in its application in art education. In the empirical part, we find out what teachers respond to the study of reality as a concept, and whether they are aware of when this issue is introduced into art lessons, or if they reveal some progress in pupil's speech. Through the research method, an interview was selected, which is a qualitative research.

Marek Pok Dissertation Abstract Application of memory techniques to primary school instruction The theoretical part is focused on effective teaching methods to primary school instruction. There have been chosen styles, methods and strategies, which are suitable for using memory techniques. Attention is paid to the memory function of students (secondary school age), who become a part of the empirical research. The theoretical part will present the concept of teaching, learning styles, methods and strategies, which effective implement the memory techniques into this construction. The practical part brings using experimental and observational research process to define quantitative and qualitative results on the memory learning. The object of this research is the very process of education, which aims to consolidate memory techniques to effective learning skills. The attention to the middle school age pupils is focused especially of their ability (unlike students at the beginning of schooling) to use naturally intentional memorization, rationality, ambience association and logical connections. Title: The attitude of the elementary school pupils in Benešov to PE and sport activities Aim of the thesis: The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is, firstly, to determine through a questionnaire the attitudes of pupils from primary schools in Benešov to physical education and sporting activity and later, based on the results obtained, make comparisons and propose certain changes with the intention of increasing the pupils' interest in sport. Methodology: All the data was obtained through a non-standard questionnaire, which was prepared for the purpose of this thesis. It predominantly contained closed and semi-closed questions. Only one question was open. The questionnaire was intended for pupils in the second grade of primary school. In addition, an oral interview, supplementing the written questionnaire, was undertaken. The data obtained were represented graphically and evaluated in writing. Results: The results from individual schools were mutually compared. From them it was determined that the attitudes to physical education and sporting activity are more or less the same for pupils from all three schools.
