V ČESKÉM JAZYCE V diplomové práci se zabýváme problematikou, zda opatření navržená a přijatá vládou v souvislosti s omezením šíření Covid-19 ovlivnila vytrvalostní schopnosti u vybrané skupiny žáků staršího školního věku. Zjišťovali jsme, zda došlo u probandům ke změnám ve vytrvalostních schopností, zda došlo ke zlepšení, stagnaci či ke zhoršení. V teoretické části jsou představeny vytrvalostní schopnosti, zdatnost, pohybová aktivita a protikoronavirové restrikce. Teoretická část se také zabývá, jakým způsobem přijatá protikoronavirová opatření dětem staršího školního věku ovlivnila život, zvláště pohybový režim. V druhé části jsme se zaměřili na testování žáků vybrané základní školy. K testování jsme použili jednoduchou metodu testování aerobní zdatnosti běh na 1000 metrů. Měření se zúčastnili všichni žáci druhého stupně dané školy. K měření jsme využili žáky druhého stupně všech ročníků a všech tříd. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak opatření přijatá v souvislosti se snahou omezit šíření onemocnění Covid-19 ovlivnila vytrvalostní schopnosti u vybrané skupiny žáků staršího školního věku. Zjistili jsme, že u sledované skupiny starších žáků a žákyň došlo k výraznému zhoršení úrovně vytrvalostních schopností. IN ENGLISH In this diploma thesis we deal with the issue of whether the measures proposed proposed and adopted by the government in connection with the reduction of the spread of Covid-19 have affected the endurance abilities of a selected group of older school-age pupils. We investigated whether the probands had changes in their endurance skills, whether they had improved, stagnated or worsened. The theoretical part presents endurance skills, fitness, physical activity, and anti-coronovirus restrictions. The theoretical part also deals with how the adopted anti-coronary virus measures have affected the lives of older school-age children, especially the exercise regime. In the second part, we focused on testing students in a selected middle school. For testing, we used a simple method of testing aerobic fitness running at 1000 meters. All pupils of the second grade of the school took part in the measurement. We used second grade pupils of all grades and all classes to measure. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out how the measures taken in connection with the effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19 disease affected the endurance abilities of a selected group of students older school age.
