Recruitment of Employee Using Method of Advertising on the Internet

Diploma thesis deals with the recruitment process and focuses specifically on the method of advertisements on the internet. I decided to analyze and categorize the job offers for middle managers, which were publicated on selected job website for certain period and then contact companies that advertised with questionnaire. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the companies were able to obtain sufficient number of suitable applicants and to what extent was it influenced by the fact whether the advertisers acted in the way they could attract suitable candidates for the job in middle management positions.
The design of the cybersecurity training methodology for middle and top management

The diploma thesis addresses the issue of developing the methodology for cybersecurity training of middle and top management. The goal is to propose a methodology for the needs of energy company, wich will be focused on education of the target group of employees that represents a high-risk. The introductory part is focused on theroretical basis such as basic terminology, current legislation and security awareness education. The analysis is focused on the current state of the cyber and infromation security education program in the energy company. The actual solution contains the proposal of the methodology itself and its specific solution with regard to the current state and needs of the organization.
Organization structure of a basic school of arts

TITLE: Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts AUTHOR: Iveta Sinkulová ABSTRACT: My bachelor thesis "Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts" sets a goal to research which organization structures are applied at basic schools of arts, how the jobs of headmaster and heads of departments are incorporated into the Org Chart and which tasks are delegated to them in terms of the management of teaching process. The first thing performed was descriptive research. Then the work of deputy headmaster and heads of departments is analysed and areas for delegation of tasks and corresponding jobs are suggested. Based on research of Org Charts of some other schools of arts, this work could be a clue how to set up and work on the structure or how to deal with its possible changes. My research and conclusions will well serve to the headmasters of basic schools of art, who care about how to control the teaching process and better organize the jobs. The output should provide a holistic view on the subjects. Org Charts should be a live document and not just a formal thing.
Comparison of managerial competencies headmaster and manager in the commercial sector

Final thesis presents a comparison of managerial competencies of headmaster of elementary school with middle management manager in the commercial sector in the area of leadership. The issue is based on experience, knowledge and skills of the current headmasters of the primary schools and middle management managers within their managerial competencies. The aim of the work and chosen qualitative research using of methodology "shadowing", which comes from all day observable behavior is to compare specific managerial skills among primary school headmaster and manager of middle management in the commercial sector in area of leadership. By comparison of the specific managerial competencies we will be able to compare the level, purpose and importance of the specific managerial competencies to the primary school headmaster and manager of middle management of the commercial sector. During the research has been used an interview, which has been followed after several observed situations of concrete behavior of the headmaster of the elementary school and middle management manager in the commercial sector. Management Role of Head of Canteen in Elementary School - Middle Management

1 Summary: Management Role of Head of Canteen in Elementary School In this work I have investigated managerial role and duties of head of school canteen, which is a part of elementary school. At the beginning, theory of middle management is described, based on the literature survey. The theory is focused on middle management role, duties, and responsibilities, which are compared to those of head of school canteen. Large survey among heads of catering in elementary school was executed in Vysocina shire. The statistical analysis of gathered data revealed differences in management roles and lifelong education of heads of catering. The amount of management duties and management education is primary influenced by school director and their willingness to delegate authorities. Surprisingly, almost one half of heads of school canteen do not participate in financial planning of operational expenses and one third of them is not aware of financial budget to salaries in school canteen. The results suggest that further lifelong education is need for heads of school canteen and in general provide valuable information for school founders, school directors, or other organizations in education.
Coaching at primary schools

In this bachelor thesis, I find out how headteachers use coaching methods in communication with the middle management. I found out that no thesis had been written on this theme, therefore I was more motivated in my research. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation and clarification of basic terms headteacher, middle management, leadership, coaching), on the characteristics of the work of the headteachers and the middle management at primary schools and on the coaching methods. The theoretical part of this work has become a solid basis for the empirical part, which is ensued. The empirical part describes the used research methods and records the most important and essential information from the interviews, which are also evaluated. I chose the qualitative research method. This research has some specification, which I followed. I selected ten primary school headteachers, who had experience in coaching. The condition was their active using of coaching in practise together with their education in this sphere. They had to complete at least one course or training. Contracted air transportation within Schengen area - Aerotaxi

Thesis is focused on problematics of contracted air transport of passengers, also known as aerotaxi, within Schengen area. Thesis aims at main benefit of air transport and this is the time aspect. The time value is incorporated into calculation of total transportation costs in form of relationship between the length of the flight and transportation alternatives. The model experiment used in this thesis defines a set of attributes necessary for correct calculation of business trip cost. Thesis also presents propositions of hypotheses for future research
