The main purpose of the bachelor thesis 'Marketing mix of services' is the analysis of a current situation and a subsequent proposal for efficiency improvement of marketing strategy of a company offering services in a field of physical education and sports. The theoretical part deals with basic terms of service marketing mix which are connected with given problematics. The analytic part of the thesis is focused on current situation of the fitness centre Best Gym Horova. In the practical part specific proposals and suggestions are given. Thanks to them more effective marketing strategy should occur

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze customer´s satisfaction of bowling centers in Uherske Hradiste and for one of them propose the measures for its improvement. The teoretical part if focused on possibilities of marketing research whose results will be analyzed in practical part. On the basis of obtained informations there will be propose suggestions and measures which will lead to general increase of customer´s satisfaction with provided services and to increasing company´s earnings.

The aim of this master thesis is analysing customer satisfaction of restaurant company by Porters analysis, SWOT analysis, marketing mix analysis, cluster and regression analysis and contingency test and draft measures which will lead to improvement of her level. The thesis consists of three parts - theoretical, analytical and proposal. The first part describes theoretical resources in area of customer satisfaction. For example, how satisfaction is measured and how the customer behaves. The aim of practical part is to evaluate the customer satisfaction in the choosen restaurant and interpretation of calculated results. In the last part of this work, there are proposed new disposals in view of results of analysis, which will lead to improvement of total customer satisfaction of the restaurant.

The dissertation deals with the realization and subsequent evaluation of the analysis of the satisfaction of customers of the restaurant Sportclub on the basis of a questionnaire. It contains the analysis of the outcomes, leading to the detection of strong and weak points of the restaurant Sportclub from the point of view of the customer. One part also deals with suggestions and recommendations that will help to increase the customers´satisfaction and so they will contribute to a better competitor´s fight and to the stabilization of the position of the restaurant in the market.

The practical part is developed from theoretical knowledge found in the literature. The marketing mix of “Restaurace Na chalupě“ and the comparison of the two new operators replaced there are described there. The new ways to engage their customers and retain them are designed for new operators.

Abrahamová, D. Marketing strategy for glamping facility owners. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. The bachelor thesis is devoted to a new trend in tourism called glamping. It describes the history and the origin of glamping, as well as the current situation on the Czech market. Furthermore, a theoretical framework is presented which is necessary for understanding the issues of service marketing and marketing strategy. The aim of the thesis is to establish a marketing strategy for glamping facilities. The marketing strategy will be constructed to achieve the set objectives set by the owner. To achieve the aim of the bachelor thesis, analyses have been carried out to look at the marketing environment. Another method of research was a questionnaire survey, which was designed for both regular or potential customers and those who are not familiar with glamping. The result of the formed analyses and questionnaire survey is the proposal of an appropriate marketing strategy.
