Dotazníkové šetření odhaluje silné a slabé stránky týkající se spokojenosti zaměstnanců a charakteristických rysů jejich práce. Navržené kroky na zlepšení poskytují možnost jak v budoucnu dosáhnout větší efektivity v oblasti řízení lidského kapitálu.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the proposal of changes in a motivation system in the chosen company. This thesis is consisted of three parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The theoretical part contains basic terms, definitions, and procedures in this issue. The analytical part includes the description of the company and analysis of the current state of a motivation system. The proposal part is consisted of the author’s own suggestions of improvement of the employees’ motivation system in the company in consideration of performed analysis.

Methodology is dividing the work into theoretical and analytical part. The theoretical part is focused on solving specific practices that related to the acquisition of the theoretical knowledge regarding motivation and it’s making effect on results of work performance of employees during the working process. The analytical part is dedicated to solve motivation in the company ROCHE, s. R. O. Solution of the research problem is to determine researching questions. Starting point are suggestions on the better implementation of motivation.

Autor této práce použije především dotazník a další výzkumné metody, aby zjistil, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojení se svou prací, a čím jsou motivováni. Assessment Centre as an alternative method of employees selection

This bachelor thesis deals with Assessment Centre method as a possible alternative of employees selection and from this perspective, the thesis is focused not only on introduction of the method AC itself, but also on employees selection process in general, as a part of human resource management in current situation. Therefore the thesis also considers different aspects, such as internal conditions of particular company and situation in the labour market, both influencing the choice of the Assessment Centre method. The main topic of the thesis is the introduction of psycho diagnostic tools focused on a group or an individual. It emphasizes also the importance of selection criteria during the preparatory phase of the Assessment Centre and the definition of general rules of realization phase of the AC. Within the context of the whole selection process possible outputs of the AC and roles played during the AC are also taken into consideration. These issues are main principals of this method and their professional implementation contributes to good employee's selection. Added value of this thesis lies mainly in using up-to-date perspective. Employee satisfaction in the state administrative

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the level of satisfaction of the employees within the state administrative due to results of the survey analysis. This bachelor thesis is divided in two parts. In theoretical part there are defined concepts such as public and state administration, organization, human resource, motivation and primarily employees' satisfaction. The second part is concentrated on the analysis of survey results and its evaluation. In one section there are also suggested recommendations and procedures through what we can achieve higher employee satisfaction and more effective human resource usage in state administration.
