Bakalářská práce se zabývá personálním managementem v nemocnici Vsetín. Speciálně je zaměřena na popis základních úkolů personálního managementu, které zahrnují analýzu pracovního místa a kompetencí, získávání a výběr zaměstnanců, rozvoj pracovníků, hodnocení zaměstnanců, motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce navrhuje možné výstupy těchto úkolů, které mohou napomoct zlepšení manažerských činností ve Vsetínské nemocnici a.s. The bachelor work consider in human resource management in hospital Vsetín. It is aimed at description main parts of personal management, this parts inclusive of analyse working station and competences, getting and selecting personnel, advancement staff, employee appraisal, motivation and remuneration employees. The work illustrates feasible solutions this parts, which can help improve management activities in Vsetínská nemocnice a.s.
