The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the proposal of new communication mix in the company Annapurna s.r.o. based on the analytical part. This company is specialized on distribution of advertising printed materials and other advertising tools. The work includes the theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part is concentrated on the general knowledge from the literature. The analytical part includes the analysis of contemporary market situation and the marketing research. The proposal part introduces some suggestions for solutions.
Software for Sociological Research of the Relationship of Children to Computer Games

This thesis investigates different aspects of children's computer game world. In the opening chapters are described available computer games for kids, which are split into groups. After that follows theoretical introduction to the problems of sociological research and advantages of using computer and Internet for it. On the basis of observation are introduced three types of applications for investigation of children's interest and abilities in computer games and parents opinions. Two of them were already used for investigation within this thesis. Thesis also presents results of realized survey.

The proposed solutions are based on the concept of Triple Constraint.

The theoretical part presents explanations of terms relevant to this theme. The practical part consists of an analysis of actual situation in the village and data evaluation gained from the survey. Based on these results are defined suggestions and recommendations to increase development of tourist industry and attractiveness of the village.

In the following part there are made analysis of company’s current situation and analysis of the research results. In the end there are on the base of previous analysis suggested recommendation for improvement of the current marketing communication of the company Peek & Cloppenburg in Czech Republic.

This master´s thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction with AGROFERT Prostějov tennis club. The work is based on theoretical findings oriented on marketing research, customer satisfaction, methods of measuring customer satisfaction which is general. The club is described and analyzed in the practical part and then the data were obtained and then evaluated from the questionnaire. In conclusion, concrete measures are suggested for improving customer satisfaction of the club.
Recruitment of Employee Using Method of Advertising on the Internet

Diploma thesis deals with the recruitment process and focuses specifically on the method of advertisements on the internet. I decided to analyze and categorize the job offers for middle managers, which were publicated on selected job website for certain period and then contact companies that advertised with questionnaire. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the companies were able to obtain sufficient number of suitable applicants and to what extent was it influenced by the fact whether the advertisers acted in the way they could attract suitable candidates for the job in middle management positions.
