Educational needs of kindergartens headmasters in Prague

The bachelor thesis deals with the educational needs of nursery school headmasters in Prague. The aim was to find out the contemporary educational needs of the stated group of leading workers and compare them with topical educational offers on the territory of the capital city of Prague. Theoretical part comes from the professional literature concerning the nowadays pre-school available educational and other sources and others. Researching part was based on questionnaire studies and its further analysis. The result is to create the whole side of further education of nursery school headmasters concerning their demands. At the end of the bachelor thesis the headmasters' interests of further school management education are confirmed and the time limited possibilities of headmasters are pointed out. The author of the thesis also shows the inadequate educational offers and the lack of wrong adjustment of the whole system of managerial education in our educational system.
Analysis of the Means of the Implementation of Teachers' In-service Education from the Management Perspective

In-service education of teachers represents one of the key parts of strategic development of the Czech system of education. The work focuses on the problem from the perspective of the school`s management and analyses the part it plays in implementation of in-service education. The aim of the work is to interpret the ways how in-service education is approached and the means of its implementation in primary and secondary schools. The work itself is divided into two main parts. The characteristics of in-service education and the state of the art are described in the first part. The approach of the management of schools to the problems of in- service education is analyzed through the questionnaire in the second part. At the end of the work, the conclusions resulting from this inquiry are described in detail.
Vocational education of pedagogical workers in Czech republic - contemporary situation and posibilities of lifelong learning oriented to representative organisations

anglicky The work is focused on professional training of teachers in terms of the concept of lifelong learning. Notes the role and importance of universities in the context of modernization of the content ofteaching profession and its importance for the development of the whole society. Attention is focused on the specific activity of the implementation of programs of continuing professional education of teachers in further education at nine faculties in the Czech Republic. Through comparison and analysis of educational programs, information resources brings lifelong appreciation of the performance features of high schools as a contribution to the development of socially relevant competence and professional groups throughout the company. Specifies the notion of a European educational policy in the field of training and competence development of teachers and works with comparative approaches to the professional education of teachers in selected European countries (Great Britain, Germany, Finland, Poland). Based on the results of internal analysis and comparison with the surroundings gives examples of good practice and recommendations for improvement activities in the field of further education. Management education of giften children in the Czech republic

A goal of my dissertation is to find out current educational conditions of gifted children in Czech Republic. What legislative, financial and methodological proceedings of state policy influence education of talented children and their possible impact on schools. Another aim is to verify how important this educational field is attributed by headmasters at primary schools and what helps or complicates introducing methodical education of gifted pupils. The dissertation contains of three parts. The first one is theoretical which acquaints readers with educational field of talented children in the Czech Republic in sphere of legislative, including the glance abroad. Second part is an empirical questionnaire survey, based on interview detecting conditions for education of exceptionally gifted children at primary schools. It focuses on headmasters, their motivating, educating and evaluating of teachers and what advantages for school it brings. Another goal is to find out possibilities and differences in financing the work with talented children in particular regions. On the basis of established data is created a manual, which could help headmasters to introduce methodical education of gifted pupils. The manual is drawn up as a gradual successive approach.
Application of knowledge and skills gained by participating in the project OP VK "Professional support of teachers of preschool education" into practice - qualitative research

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the project ,,Professional support for teachers of preschool education." The goal of the study was to determine the motives for signing up for the courses. Furthermore, it relates to benefits and difficulties perceived by the course participants themselves, but also by education employees of kindergartens, where the participants work. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains chapters concerning further education for teachers and adults, and it reviews the project itself. The practical part describes the research. For a comprehensive insight into the problems, the kindergartens are investigated as multiple case studies. The results are for clarity set in the tables that correspond with chosen research questions.

The subject of the thesis is to realize on which conditions the further education of pedagogical staff is based in Znojmo region. Theoretical part is focused to the current legal framework ruling the professional readiness of pre-school teachers and i have outlined some of the possible options in further education of pedagogical staff. Second part is focused on unique factors and issues of Znojmo region, numbers and sizes of kindergartens and transportation situation in the region.In the third, practical part of my work i describe and analyze opinions of the teachers and director of respective kindergartens.
The further education of pedagogical employees at selected high school

The thesis deals with the further education of pedagogical employees at selected hight school. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. At the beginning of the first chapter are explained the basic terms. The next section is focused on legal framework that deal with further education. At the end of the theoretical part are presented some of the studies, which have already been conducted and which have investigated the opportunities of teacher´s further education and trends in that field in Czech republic and all over the world. The empirical part concentrates on the research and describes its implementation and the results and conclusions, which are derived from the research.
