Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Parkour as a new gymnastic sport

Theme: Parkour as new gymnastic sport Aims: The aim of this work is to introduce parkour as a new gymnastic sport and, based on the somatotypes measurements, define optimal profile of an athlet for this kind of sport with expressing differences in somatotypes with respect to individual parkour disciplines. Methods: To identify optimal parkour somatotype, there was made the measurement which includes survey of body weight using personal scale, height using altimeter, a biceps circumference in the contraction and calf circumference using measuring tape, a biepycondillary dimension of the humerus and femur using thoracometer and the thickness of skinfolds on the triceps, under the shoulder blade, over the hip, and calf using caliper pliers. The measured values of individual parameters were processed using Excel. Results: The group of probands participating in the research was composed of 50 men and 10 women who are doing this new gymnastic sport. Statistical processing of somatic characteristics of individual probands and its conversion into graphic format resulted in graphs of optimal somatotypes for this new sport separately for men and women. Stimulation of the development of intellectual abilities of preschool children

The thesis has theoretical and practical character. The theme of the thesis is the deliberating stimulation of the skills of children in nursery school. The theoretical part provides the background for the practical part. This part deals with the current concept of preschool education and highlights the importance of teachers, especially diagnostic skills. It summarizes the specifics of motor and cognitive development of preschool children. The importance lies on the description of the new Serbian NTC method. The aim of NTC method is due specific activities stimulated and harmonized the development of the child. The practical part has form of action-teacher's research. The aim is to introduce the NTC method in own teaching practice and reflects the contribution to the group of preschool children. Practical part also monitors the impact of the program on own approach of teaching. Own experience with the NTC are confronted with experiences of teacher who also uses this method.
Professional competencies of Czech handball federation staff

Title: Professional Competencies of Czech Handball Federation Staff Objectives: The aim of this work is to assemble competence profile of the Czech handball federation employee. Furthermore the goal also is to analyse the importance of perception of this profile's individual components from this institution's employees' point of view. Methods: Gathering of the necessary data for processing the topic is reached via the method of source study in order to create the competence profile. For the questioning was used the method of electronic questionnaire created strictly for the purpose of this work, and also the method of semi-structured interviews. Results: The research has provided and evaluated the list of competencies that are necessary for profession performance within Czech handball federation. Also the key competencies for particular departments of this institution were identified and the structure of this institution was described and examined. Competency profile of a women's football coach

Title: Competence profile of a women's football coach Aims: The main aim of the thesis is to create six competence profiles of a women's football coach, from the perspective of players, coaches, adult players, adolescent players, lower division players and upper division players. A partial aim is to compare the importance of individual competences for the aforementioned groups of respondents. Methods: The thesis used quantitative research methods. After reviewing professional literature, a list of three groups of 55 competences necessary for the work of a women's football coach was compiled. By means of an electronic questionnaire, women's football coaches and female football players in all adult and adolescent divisions were asked to assess the importance of individual competences. The questionnaire had a total of 424 respondents. Results: Six competence profiles of women's football coaches were created in the thesis, according to players, coaches, adult players, adolescent players, lower division players and upper division players. Competency profile of a beach soccer coach

Title: Competency profile of a beach soccer coach Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is construction of two competency profiles. First one is constructed from the perspective of players and second one from the perspective of representatives of beach soccer clubs. Subsequently, these competency profiles are compared and linked to the results and brief recommendations, which aim is to help in the future selection of coaches. Methods: The thesis uses two main methods, which are electronic questioning and semi-structured interview. As part of the electronic survey, a questionnaire was created and distributed to respondents via e-mail or social networks. Results: The results revealed that there are certain similarities between the competencies that players and club management consider important, which can be used to better selection, evaluation, rewarding and developing coaches. Competence profiles and a special scheme have been created, which are the main output of the thesis and thus represent the greatest benefit. Movement preparatory in preschool children

Title: Movement preparatory of preschool children Objectives: The main goal of this work is the physical activity of preschool children and the acquisition of basic movement skills based on movement experience. Partial goals are analyzing the determinants of movement, defining principles of movement within programs, organizing a space for intervention, and developing a program where consistent practice occurs, movement deficits in pre-school children can be improved. Methods: Based on a literature research, an intervention is proposed to reduce the movement deficit in preschool children. The search was divided into two parts. First part consists of analysis of the determinants of motion. Second part of the work is a synthesis of acquired knowledge. Based on my own judgment and practice in the field, keywords were chosen (movement, development, development, preschooler, child, motor skills, fitness, health, lifestyle, abilities, skills, bones, joints, CNS). Media literacy of current Czech senior citizens: a case study from Brno

The following master's thesis deals with the issue of media literacy in relation to elderly population. The theoretical basis of this work contains of the theory of media literacy and media education, which is regarded to as a tool for cultivating media literacy. In addition to media education, the work also presents other ways to acquire media competencies, which are so needed in today's information society. After the introduction of theoretical approaches to media literacy, there is also a description of selected methods applied to determine the level of media literacy. The next part includes a description of media literacy in relation to senior citizens who form a very specific group in this area. As part of my own research survey, the level of media literacy in a group of 12 senior citizens is mapped on the basis of a proposed tool for determining the level of media literacy, which is based on the presented theoretical approaches.
