The occurrence of interference errors in the teaching of German as a foreign language caused by the influence of Czech as a mother language with a focus on the area of sentence structure of high school students
Nováková, Tereza ; Nečasová, Pavla (advisor) ; Botlík Nuc, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with the issue of interlingual interference between Czech and German. It focuses on the area of sentence structure, which can be very different in these languages. In addition to the most common errors made by students in this area of German language learning, the thesis also focuses on some selected didactic factors that contribute to the student's success and error rate. These include, for example, the use of methods, the work with the textbook and the teacher's general approach. One of the goals of the research was to map the most frequent mistakes made by Czech high school students in the area of sentence structure. It also focused on teachers' experience and approach to deal with interference errors during classes. The last part consisted of an analysis of a selected German language textbook used by students and teachers at a relevant language level. The results showed that students have the most difficulties with word order within subordinate clauses, especially with the conjunctions 'denn', 'weil' and 'wenn', and with the verbatim translations. Most teachers include work with the linguistic structures of the Czech language in their lessons. They mostly work with interference by pointing out the problematic phenomenon, explaining it and giving further examples. Only a few of...
Mitochondrial transfer and its role in regenerative properties of mesenchymal stem cells
Jaborová, Natálie ; Krulová, Magdaléna (advisor) ; Nahácka, Zuzana (referee)
Mitochondrial transfer represents a form of intercellular communication. In this process, mitochondria are delivered from the donor cell to the recipient cell through several structures. The transfer of mitochondria is observed under pathological and physiological conditions and is accompanied by specific signaling. Mitochondria uptake by injured cells promotes tissue regeneration. This bachelor thesis discusses general knowledge of mitochondrial transfer focusing on mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) as a donor cell type. Furthermore, the regenerative effect of MSC-derived mitochondria transfer to cells damaged by various pathologies is summarized. In this regard, MSCs have significant therapeutic potential that could be used in future clinical strategies for a number of diseases. Keywords: mitochondria, transfer, mesenchymal stem cells, regeneration
Odsun - vyhnání českých Němců z Kaplicka pohledem pamětníků
MUSILOVÁ, Tereza
This thesis follows up the topic of removal - expulsion of Czech Germans living in Czech borderland after the Second World War and it surveys the process of forced displacement in Kaplice and its surroundings in South Bohemia not only with provided data, but mainly with concrete stories. The Theoretical part focuses on the coexistence of Czechs and Germans in Czech territory and describes given historic circumstances which led to its bitter end. It endeavours to outline the process of removal and its consequences for Czechoslovakia. In the Practical part, the concrete stories of contemporary witnesses of the forced displacement complement the information about the process and consequences related to South Bohemian borderland. The main aim of this thesis is to ascertain what the contemporary witnesses think of this affair today.
Application of the property right to real estates transfer
Dvořáková, Pavla ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Zvára, Michael (referee)
Application of the Property Right to Real Estates Transfer Abstract The aim of this thesis is to analyze the provisions relating to the transfer of ownership of real estate, together with practical examples referring to the diverse case law and other decisions that were created not only by the judicial system. Apart from the provisions of the Civil Code, I also focused on the provisions of other legal regulations, especially on the provisions of the Cadastr Act, which is a crucial regulation for the transfer of ownership. In addition to other national regulations, I also pointed out the importance of regulation of property rights in international legal context and focused on the foreign legal regulation of specific steps in the transfer of real estate. Despite the differences in the legal regulations of foreign countries, the legal regulation of the procedure for the transfer of real estate was very similar, following our membership within the European Union, which guarantees us the same rights as the citizens of those countries. The thesis is divided into five parts, the first of which focuses on the legal regulation of thing and its conceptual features. At the same time, I thoroughly defined real estate, as it is one of the cornerstones of this rigorous thesis. The second part is devoted to the property...
Reflections by the media on the Postoloprty massacre from 1990
Hegerová, Lenka ; Nigrin, Tomáš (advisor) ; Dimitrov, Michal (referee)
The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the so-called Postoloprty massacre and its reflection by selected Czech media after 1990. The Postoloprty Massacre is one of the greatest post-war excesses committed by the Czechs against the expelled Germans. Until the fall of the communist regime in 1989, the case was a taboo, much like other crimes committed against Germans during the expulsion. Although this changed in historiography after 1990, especially thanks to the publications of Tomáš Staňek, the path to coming to terms with this tragic event took much longer in the region where the massacre took place. A memorial plaque to the victims, which had been requested by associations and individuals since 2003, was erected seven years later. The aim of my thesis is to use discursive analysis to find out how the media reported on the Postoloprty
