This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of Broker Consulting, a.s. for the period 2015-2021. The evaluation will be made on the basis of financial analysis. Firstly, the objectives, methods and procedures of this thesis are defined. Then the thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains the theoretical background, which is then applied to the analytical part. And the third part contains a detailed description of the proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of ICE Invest spol. s.r.o. for the time period 2017 to 2021 and proposals for its improvement. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of selected indicators and concepts related to financial analysis. In the practical part, the financial analysis is calculated and then the results are evaluated. The final part of the thesis focuses on suggestions for improving the financial situation in the company.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic performance of the Narex Ždánice company for the years 2017-2021 by using financial analysis tools. In the theoretical part there are described various methods of financial analysis and indicators which are applied later in the work. In the practical part, previously described indicators are used to perform a financial analysis of the company. The final part focuses on proposals that could prove beneficial for the company’s current situation.

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the financial situation of Rosso steel, a.s. in the years 2017 to 2021 and proposals for its improvement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts that serve as a basis for the practical part. The practical part shows the analysis of the current state of the company, comparison of values with competitors and subsequent proposals for improving this situation. Data from the company's financial statements were used to prepare the financial analysis.

Analysis of the External Environment of the Selected Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the external environment of the company Jednota, consumer cooperative České Budějovice. The main objective was to use the analysis of the external environment to evaluate the current situation of the company and based on the results of the individual methods to propose an appropriate strategy that would help to improve the company's position in the market. PESTE analysis, Scenario Analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model were selected from the external environment analyses. In order to get a more holistic view of the overall situation of the company, a partial SWOT analysis focusing only on opportunities and threats was developed. Subsequently, in order to narrow the focus of this thesis, two analyses were developed focusing on the customers of the enterprise. These were developed to better understand customer needs, specifically the Market Segmentation and the Key Customer Empathy Map. The necessary background information to conduct the analyses was obtained from the internet or provided by the company's management. Finally, key strategic areas were proposed. These areas are based on the results of the external environment assessment methods carried out.

My diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation, and subsequently, the appropriate marketing strategy for Hotel Bítov in the vicinity of Vranov dam. The theoretical parts deals with the isme of using marketing tools in the field of hotel services. The practical parts consists of the inner and outer analysis of the hotel surroundings. The results are summed up in the scope of a SWOT analysis from which the final marketing strategy follows.
