This thesis focuses on a marketing strategy proposal of a cosmetic salon D. B. Art – Dagmar Bencova. There is an external and internal enviroment analysis included. Data of this analysis was used for a design of a marketing strategy. This strategy includes a recommendations, which mainly lead to the increase of a market share.

The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts, analysis and detailed description of individual parts of a business plan. In the practical part of the thesis, there is created the business plan for the establishment of tapas bar. There is described internal and external environment and a financial plan to ensure successful business activity.
Expansion of a Czech Producer of Modular Wood Buildings on the Intra-community Market

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of business development of the company DOMESTAV PLUS s.r.o., which deals with the production of modular wooden buildings. The theoretical part contains defining the terms connected with the intra-community market, the conditions for entering this market and description of selected analyses of company’s external and internal environment. These analyses are applied in the practical part as basis for the proposal of an appropriate strategy for the development, consisting in the expansion of the company into the intra-community market. On the basis of the results of the analyzes is made the proposal of changes, which leads to increased competitiveness and improvement of the company's economic situation. The proposal part also deals with identification of the risks associated with the implementation of this change.

At first the theoretical background on which the thesis is based on is introduced. These theoretical means are then used for the financial analysis itself. In the analytical part the inner and outer factors which influence the organisation and its financial state are analysed. Finally, suggestions for the improvement of the financial situation of the organisation are presented. These suggestions are based on the problematic segments discovered in the analytical part of the thesis.

Implementation of the application should solve the problems that may currently occur due to the storage of large volumes of data in MS Excel.
