The consequences of managerial decisions in the selected sport club

Title: Consequences of managerial decisions in a selected sports club Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to identify the key managerial decisions that took place in the management of the selected sports club, which started to lead to a deterioration in the performance of the A-team, and to examine what actions may have led to this decline. Methods: To find out the consequences of managerial decisions in the selected sports club, I first analysed the top league tables and club results, as well as the managerial environment, processes and examined the application of managerial decisions in practice, then I conducted four semi-structured interviews. Results: The results obtained reveal key decisions made by managers that had a negative impact on the performance of the selected sports club. The main shortcoming was found to be the lack of education of the managers with a combination of mismanagement of the club budget and too unprofessional behaviour. Management of nursery school with more separated workplaces

Final thesis presents a comparison of the management of kindergartens, which are divided according to given specifications. This segmentation was the fact kindergartens with more separated workplace, which became the subject of further research. In the theoretical part defines the basic concepts of management. The survey is aimed at business functions. Terminology each function highlights the importance of the issue of management control. In the empirical part was used a quantitative survey questionnaire form created in Google Docs. The results were transferred to the clear graphs and tables for further use. Works by respondents from the region Mladá Boleslav, where forty-six nursery schools. Subsequent research was focused on qualitative research with a focus on kindergarten with more separated workplace. Respondents with personal meetings to answer questions formulated. These survey results were recorded in tabular summaries and further processed for further research. The information obtained with the respondents in managerial positions revealed an overall view of managing organizations. Managerial work of the representatives of directors in the kindergartens with four classes in Prague 4, 11 and 12 Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis discusses managerial work of the representatives of directors in the kindergartens with four classes in Prague 4, 11 and 12. It also discusses the delegation of managerial functions to the representatives of directors. It deals with cooperation between directors and their representatives, determines their level of managerial competence from the perspective of themselves and also from the perspective of directors. Bachelor thesis compares conditions of the representatives of kindergartens directors for their managerial activities and compares work of the statutory representatives and leading teachers. This thesis deals in theoretical level with the concept of school management and defines its characteristics, defines the structure of managerial functions and deals with their delegation.
