Psychohygiene and stress amongst social workers

The work deals with the psychohygiene and stress among social workers, which affects them during the course of their work. The theoratical part characterizes the work of a social worker, its content and methods of social work. It also describes the psychological strain in the form of stress, frustration, conflict and burnout syndrome, which may occur under the heavy influence of aforementioned burdens. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the rules and means of psychohygiene that can be used in social work. The practical part contains research, which is carried out using a semi-structured interview with 5 female respondents who have been working in the social field for more than 10 years. The research is focused on the effect of the demands placed on workers during the performance of their work, on the awareness of psychohygiene of their means and possible prevention against stress, workload and burnout syndrome.
Application PFT in adolescents and adults

This bachelor's thesis seeks to examine the possibilities of an application of the Rosenzweig Picture Frustration Test in a population of adolescents and adults. The thesis focuses on applied psychology in experimental, clinical, educational, counseling, forensic, intercultural psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, and psychotherapy. It examines both historical context and current use of the tests abroad and presents the possibilities of similar use in the Czech Republic. The empiric part of the thesis is a research proposal which aims to determine the relationship between changes in a subject's reactivity to frustration and external intentional interventions based on stress reduction programs. The Rosenzweig Picture Frustration Test is used as a psychological research method testing the dynamics of changes in a subject's reactivity. The Motivation Issue of Upper Primary Students

The aims of this thesis is to map all issues related to learning motivation (or lack of it) of upper primary students. It tries to analyze factors that reduce or complicate motivation at school and it focuses on the most common consequences of frustration in school environment - boredom and anxiety. It also deals with possibilities how to arouse cognitive, achievement and social needs which play the key role at school, and it attempts to answer questions about the ways a teacher can increase upper primary students' motivation for learning, taking into account the specifics of their ontogeny. Special attention connected with this issue is devoted to the influence of teacher-pupil interaction. The empirical part provides insights from practice, these insights are regarded as a complement of the theoretical part.

Mental load of top management - coping with stress Ing.Mgr.Martin Pospíchal, The Faculty of Arts of Charel University in Prague, 2013 The topic of this thesis is the issue of mental load, respectively mental load in professions that are increasingly exposed to its influence. From a myriad of professions in which people are under intense mental load, this thesis examines the group of top managers, particularly in companies involved in the sale of information technologies. The objective of this thesis is primarily to capture the methods and strategies for coping with stress in this target group. From a methodological perspective, the semi-structured interview and standardized questionnaire research methods were used to identify strategies for coping with stress. The conducted research confirmed with certain degree of probability that intense mental load is an integral part of the performance of the top manager profession. Its impact is assessed as more stressful in comparison with lower job titles, particularly from the perspective of a wider range of active forms of mental load. Title: Significantly influence subjective psychological Stress perceived Factor Analysis. Objectives: The main Aim of this Work is subjective perceived psychological Stress changing comparation of professional Soldiers Group before and after psychological Stress, They receive every Day in their Job. Methods: The Method used in this Work is Research by standard Questionnaire consists of two Parts. One of Them was realised before psychological Stress and the second One was realised after the psychological Stress. Both Parts of Questionnaires was analyzed and statisticaly evaluated. Results: By the Research was found, that from researching Age, Education and Length of Service in Unit Factors, the most significant Influence on Changes of subjective perceived psychological Stress have the Age and the Length of Service Factors. After that was found, the subjective perceived psychological Stress at the End of all-day Duty have increased. Value Orientation of High School Students

My thesis is focused on research of values and value orientation of high school students. Concurrently is explored the degree of frustration tolerance on the basis of Rosenzweig Picture - Frustration Study. The research has the forme of a questionnaire which has been proposed to the students of the High schools in Prague. The aim of the thesis is determine which values are important for the contemporery young people and to what extent the values have the influence on their behavior in the stressful life situations. The theoretical part is focused on definition of certain terms which are relating to the topic. The exploration of values in the past is describing further in all with the explanation of the principle of Rosenzweig Picture - Frustration Study. In the practical part of the thesis are analyzed the results of this research study in details. The results are statistically illustrated and they are also listed the most frequent and the most interesting answers of the participants.
Understanding active youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina

With the help of field research, this thesis focuses on active young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whom the work attempts to understand in two contexts. First, there is the complicated backdrop of a country after Dayton peace that is still characterized by its post-war state. At the same time, it is vital to consider the context of the current understanding of participatory trends studied in Western democracies. Especially then the departure from formal participation towards single-issue activism. The results suggest that active young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina participate for three main reasons: identification with like-minded community and development of friendships; the desire to contribute to a positive change; and the need for self-development. These reasons are indicational of the attitudes of studied young people. They perceive nationalism negatively, value the social aspects of their activities and realize the need to develop themselves. The latest aspect is stronger for women and may be behind their predominance in the active youth community. Except for that, participation does not differ much from what is studied in Western democracies. Only the tendency towards authoritarianism persists. Lean Management as an Ethical Problem

Annotation: Lean Management as an Ethical Problem Business management methods are mainly depended on what the company is doing. One of the management options is lean management which is typical for the automotive industry, but is used for its efficiency in other industries as well. It is a method of management that maximizes labor productivity, reduces the financial burden in the production process, and reduces human errors. The main goal of this thesis is focused on explaining the basic concepts of economics and ethics focused on the way of business management. It includes a description of a specific case of the implementation of lean management in a particular company. An ethical reflection follows, which focuses on comparing the described implementation with the presented company values. Second point is the reflection of lean management with the theory Stakeholder. The work concludes with a description of the consequences of the implementation of systems focused primarily on efficiency and profit with possible solution points. Students motivation to study at the Hussite theological faculty of Charles University

The diploma thesis is focused on the motivation of students to study at the Hussite theological faculty of Charles University. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to provide summary information on the given topic. The aim of the practical part is to find out and analyze the motivation of the students of social and charity work. Part of the practical part is a questionnaire, finding the motives of students to study this field and their needs to continue studying and learning. The questionnaire survey showed that students are most often attracted by the inadequacy of the admission procedure together with the personal interest in studying this faculty. For the field itself, they decided in the first place mainly because of the desire to help people and to be beneficial. Since graduating from the field, they have been promising to increase their professional qualifications, a better chance of good job and getting a degree. Students at the Hussite Theological Faculty appreciate mainly the ambience of a smaller faculty with family atmosphere, tolerance and openness prevail.
