Práce se zabývá psychohygienou a stresem sociálních pracovníků, který na ně působí při výkonu jejich práce. Teoretická část charakterizuje práci sociálního pracovníka, jeho náplň a metody sociální práce. Dále popisuje psychickou zátěž v podobě stresu, frustrace, konfliktu a syndromu vyhoření, který může nastat při velkém vlivu výše zmíněných zátěží. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá pravidly a prostředky psychohygieny, které lze využívat v sociální práci. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který je realizovaný pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s 5 respondentkami, které se v sociální oblasti pohybují více jak 10 let. Výzkum je zaměřený na vliv nároků, které jsou na pracovníky kladeny při výkonu jejich práce, na povědomí psychohygieny jejich prostředků a možné prevence proti stresu, pracovní zátěži a syndromu vyhoření. The work deals with the psychohygiene and stress among social workers, which affects them during the course of their work. The theoratical part characterizes the work of a social worker, its content and methods of social work. It also describes the psychological strain in the form of stress, frustration, conflict and burnout syndrome, which may occur under the heavy influence of aforementioned burdens. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the rules and means of psychohygiene that can be used in social work. The practical part contains research, which is carried out using a semi-structured interview with 5 female respondents who have been working in the social field for more than 10 years. The research is focused on the effect of the demands placed on workers during the performance of their work, on the awareness of psychohygiene of their means and possible prevention against stress, workload and burnout syndrome.
