The testing was performed mainly by using the test-file for SCM and KCM, used to test the level of motor abilities of pupils, held once a year during the "Memorial of R. Myslik". Results: Results and conclusions of the work could be used in the training process for volleyball youth, especially to developing fitness assumptions, which are an integral part of the gaming achievement of the individual. Key words: Measurement, testing, motor level, training, fitness, jump
The effects of extreme physical and mental stress on the human body
Braumová, Lucie ; Bartůňková, Staša (advisor) ; Majorová, Simona (referee)
Title: The effects of extreme physical and mental stress on the human body Goals: The main goal of this work was to evaluate the effect of physical stress load in a five-kilometer-long race in cross-country skiing on physical and mental functions of high school students. Methods: The investigated group consisted of 10 boys of the average age of 16 years. To evaluate their level of physical fitness and circulatory responses during cross-country stress, the maximal treadmill stress test was used. Circulatory response before, during, and after the race was monitored by a Sport-tester. To evaluate the mental background and the actual condition under the stress load, standardized questionnaires on ability to cross-country skiing, stress management strategy, degree of physical discomfort and current mental state were used. Results: The reference file tested by a stress test up to the maximum proved an above-average aerobic fitness. The extreme stress situation was a five-kilometer-long race in cross-country skiing. The results were processed and evaluated with a statistical and factual relevance. A number of correlations were made. The average SF values, which were achieved during the race, were getting near the maximum values (96% of SF max.). Even the evaluation by a Borg RPE scale attested to the...

Title: Verification and optimalization level of load during the soccer small side games Objectives: In this thesis, we discuss the current trend of increasing physical performance in football by specific means, i.e. with a ball, using methodological - organizational forms: small side games. The thesis will include examples of modified small side games that will be used in practice (tested in training sessions). During preparatory games will be monitored (using sporttesters) how are they acting with their load on the body (achieving ANP, SF max, etc.). Then we specify whether these exercises are appropriate for inclusion in the training process and what would be their recommendations for practice (IZ: IO). Methods: Selected (test) group consisted of 11 players aged 18-19 years junior league level. This group attended two training sessions, where they comleted selected preparatory games. In this work it is indirect (mediated) observation, since data were recorded by the devices from which the data was then processed in the result form. For the size of locomotive loads were used Testers' Polar RS800 ". Results: The final section provides information on the effectiveness of selected exercises in relation to fitness abilities of the players. In the evaluation has been found that a very important roles...

Floriánová, Linda ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
Title: Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit of physical education on fitness of girls from seventh grade of elementary school. Aim: The aim of the empirical part is to monitor the proportional representation of the motoric activities during the time given in the lessons of physical education of the seventh grade girls, and along with the chosen methods of testing of these individuals, to prove or disprove possible influence of the composition of the P.E. lessons on the chosen segments of their fitness. Methods: Various methods were used for testing the considered sample. These were the standardized motoric tests (intense forward bend when sitting, place-jump with legs together, endurance in a pull-up, hand grip) which investigate the chosen segments of the fitness. Another method used was the bioimpedance which measures the parameters of body composition. The data were recollected quantitatively and the results were also processed quantitatively by means of statistic parameters, such as arithmetic mean, variation span and determinative deviation. Results: From the results of the work emerged that as far as the chosen motoric activities and their influence on the chosen segments of the fitness are concerned, during the time given only the segment of flexibility in...
