Název: Vliv extrémní fyzické a psychické zátěže na organismus Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo posoudit vliv stresové fyzické zátěže, v 5 km závodu v běhu na lyžích, na tělesné a psychické funkce středoškoláků. Metody: Vyšetřovaný soubor tvořilo 10 chlapců průměrného věku 16 let. Pro hodnocení jejich fyzické zdatnosti a stupně oběhové odpovědi při terénní zátěži byl použit maximální zátěžový test na běhacím koberci. Oběhová odpověď před, při a po závodu byla sledována pomocí Sport-testeru. K posouzení psychických předpokladů a aktuálního stavu při stresové zátěži byly použity standardizované dotazníky na způsobilost k běhu na lyžích, strategii zvládání stresu, stupeň fyzického diskomfortu a aktuální psychický stav. Výsledky: Sledovaný soubor, testovaný zátěžovým testem do maxima prokázal nadprůměrnou aerobní zdatnost. Extrémní stresovou situací měl být 5 km závod v běhu na lyžích. Výsledky byly zpracovány a vyhodnoceny se statistickou a věcnou významností. Byla provedena řada korelací. Průměrné hodnoty SF dosažené při závodu se blížily hodnotám maximálním (96 % SF max). O náročnosti závodu svědčilo i hodnocení Borgovou RPE škálou. Předstartovní stav, vyjádřený průměrnou hodnotou SF 136 [min-1] (s SFmin 106 a SFmax 170 [min-1]) však nekoreloval ani s výsledky závodu ani s psychickou odolností,... Title: The effects of extreme physical and mental stress on the human body Goals: The main goal of this work was to evaluate the effect of physical stress load in a five-kilometer-long race in cross-country skiing on physical and mental functions of high school students. Methods: The investigated group consisted of 10 boys of the average age of 16 years. To evaluate their level of physical fitness and circulatory responses during cross-country stress, the maximal treadmill stress test was used. Circulatory response before, during, and after the race was monitored by a Sport-tester. To evaluate the mental background and the actual condition under the stress load, standardized questionnaires on ability to cross-country skiing, stress management strategy, degree of physical discomfort and current mental state were used. Results: The reference file tested by a stress test up to the maximum proved an above-average aerobic fitness. The extreme stress situation was a five-kilometer-long race in cross-country skiing. The results were processed and evaluated with a statistical and factual relevance. A number of correlations were made.
