Marketing Research Focused on Student Entrepreneurship and Knowledge of Innovation Agency

The diploma thesis deals with marketing research focused on students' entrepreneurship and knowledge of the selected innovation agency, the South Moravian Innovation Centre. The theoretical part defines the key concepts for the thesis, which are entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing trends, marketing research and presents related research already conducted. The analytical part introduces the Innovation Agency and analyses the current state of the organisation. Furthermore, marketing research and analysis of the obtained data is carried out. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews, the thesis concludes by proposing measures to improve the current state of the innovation agency.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the restaurant Burgr's, Fresh Burger Bistro. The first part is devoted to theoretical concepts related to the researched issue, followed by an analysis of the environment of the selected company, the content also includes the own marketing research. The findings from the performed analyzes are summarized in the SWOT matrix. The last part contains proposals leading to increased customer satisfaction and which should also help to increase sales.

The bachelor thesis "Lipensko - working with specific target groups in tourism" focuses on the analysis and development of strategies for working with target groups in the tourist area of Lipensko. The aim of the thesis is to conduct an analysis of the demand from selected specific customer groups in tourism and based on this analysis, propose suitable activities and products for these groups or forms of tourist experiences. The thesis is structured into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical framework, which includes concepts such as the impact of tourism, destination management, market segmentation, overtourism issues, and the challenges of tourist regions. The practical part addresses the analysis of the current situation in the Lipensko destination, utilizing a questionnaire survey to identify the needs of specific target groups. The final part of the thesis contains specific recommendations for personalizing the destination for various groups of tourists in the given tourist area based on the analysis conducted and insights gained.
Awareness of Fairtrade among consumers

The bachelor thesis deals with determining the level of consumer awareness of Fairtrade. It examines various aspects of the issue, such as history and principles associated with Fairtrade that should be adhered to. The main goal of the thesis was to assess the level of knowledge in this area and to propose ways to increase it. The research is based on a questionnaire survey, where respondents fill out the questionnaire online. The resulting data was processed using Microsoft Excel and presented through graphs. The hypotheses were tested using the Pearson chi-square test, and their content was either accepted or rejected. In conclusion, solutions are proposed to increase awareness of the issue. The main proposal is to organize a sports event with a Fairtrade theme for all age groups.
Customer satisfaction of the selected business entity

The bachelor thesis focuses on customer satisfaction of a selected business entity. The aim is to evaluate the current satisfaction of guests in the Hotel U Kapličky in Písek and to suggest recommendations to improve the service. The thesis begins with the theoretical part, where customers and their satisfaction are characterized, then the business entities and the specifics of marketing within accommodation and catering services are discussed. These pieces of theoretical information are then used in the analytical part dealing with the evaluation of guest satisfaction in the hotel environment. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey and an individual in-depth interview with a manager to determine guest satisfaction. The final part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve overall guest satisfaction.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the level of selected soft skills among students of economic fields of universities. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the selected soft skills of students of economics programmes in universities, to evaluate the level of these competences and propose recommendations for their development in university students in the context of Industry 4.0. The thesis presents the theoretical background related to the issue of understandning the concept of competences and also defining the concept of Industry 4.0. These theoretical insights are then used for the questionnaire survey and the subsequent analytical part, which deals with the analysis of the level of selected soft skills in students. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the level of selected soft skills as well as a proposal of recommendations for their development in the context of Industry 4.0.
Analysis of Satisfaction of Clients of Several Banks with their Internet Banking and Comparison of the Implemented Functions

This bachelor thesis focuses on the user's perception of online banking services. The satisfaction, preferences and experiences of users of these services are examined. The objective is also to accept or reject two hypotheses. The chi-square test and quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey are used to meet the objectives. The results of the survey are analysed and converted into graphs and tables for better interpretation of the outcomes. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the survey is that clients are generally satisfied with online banking services. Both tested hypotheses were rejected. The discovery made was that the age of respondents does not affect their usage of internet banking or smartbanking.

The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is concerned with presenting these and other theoretical basics. After it comes the analysis of the current situation and market research. Possible solutions based on the findings from the analytical part of the thesis, which should improve the overall customer satisfaction, are presented at the end of the thesis.

It also defines the basic methods and techniques of marketing environment analysis firm principles and a questionnaire survey. Theoretical knowledge is applied to specific manufacturing company, described the current situation, and including basic analysis of external and internal environment, concluded with a summary SWOT analysis. Based on a questionnaire survey found customer satisfaction, the company unveiled a wish and shortcomings perceived by customers. Use these outputs are set concrete proposals leading to a better company image and increase customer satisfaction.
