Studentské týmy jsou velice přínosné pro nabírání praktických zkušeností a vytváření kontaktů při studiu. Bakalářská práce má za cíl navrhnutí motivačního systému pro studentský tým strojLAB, který doposud neměl tento systém zavedený. V první části práce je probrána teoretická rešerše důležitých témat, které se dané problematiky týkají. Ve druhé částí je provedena analýza současného stavu studentského týmu pomocí rozhovoru s vedením a dotazníkového šetření pro všechny aktuální i bývalé členy týmu. Následuje část návrhová, kde jsou vyvedena doporučení pro tvorbu motivačního systému vycházející z analytické části. Všechny návrhy byly předloženy vedení a budou postupně implementovány.
Student teams are very beneficial for gaining practical experience and making contacts while studying. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a motivational system for the student team strojLAB, which has not yet had this system in place. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical research of important topics related to the subject is discussed. In the second part, an analysis of the current state of the student team is conducted by interviewing the management and directing a questionnaire survey for all current and former team members. This is followed by the proposal part, where recommendations for the development of a motivational system are brought out and based on analytic part. All the suggestions have been presented to the management and will be implemented gradually.
