The use of NFT in marketing and community building in the Czech Republic

This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) and their potential future use in brand and personal marketing communication in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to investigate what role non-fungible tokens can play in marketing communication in the Czech Republic from the perspective of Czech professionals. The theoretical part introduces the NFT itself and also the technology and philosophy of blockchain, which is essential for NFT, along with digital channels such as the game environment or the metaverse that may influence the future use of NFT. It also presents current practical examples of the marketing use of NFT in the world. The practical part is based on in-depth semi-structured interviews with communication and technology experts. Subsequent qualitative analysis of this data provides information about the experts' view on the use of this technology in marketing within the Czech Republic. The main findings of the research include that the use of NFTs in the Czech Republic can be quite broad, typically in the form of loyalty programmes or other brand community building activities. Cieľom tejto práce je pochopiť, ako možno hackathony – tradične vedené pre rýchly vývoj softvéru a inovácie – bez problémov začleniť do online marketingovej komunikácie s cieľom zvýšiť angažovanosť a viditeľnosť značky alebo produktu. Diplomová práca predstavuje výskumnú štúdiu vypracovanú s cieľom zistiť význam hackathonov vo vývoji technologických a technologických spoločností. Diplomová práca vychádza zo zmiešanej metódy s použitím komplexného súboru prípadových štúdií, analýzy obsahu webových stránok a polovytvorených rozhovorov so zainteresovanými stranami, ktoré sú aktívne v hackathone, pričom sleduje ich pohľad na využitie hackathonov na obohatenie online marketingu. Výsledky ukázali výrazné zlepšenie zapojenia zákazníkov a viditeľnosti značky. Výsledky ukázali všestrannosť hackathonov pri poskytovaní dobrého marketingového materiálu a angažovanosti komunity. Záver vytvára rámec, ktorý si firmy môžu osvojiť, aby implementovali hackathony do marketingových aktivít, ktoré dokážu využiť ich potenciál pre marketing a podporu inovácií a zapájania komunity.

The following bachelor thesis of civil significance has been elaborated on the basis of a study that I made during my studies abroad at the Bauhaus University in Germany. My aim was to design a concept of three separate buildings, a library, a theater and an educational facility for children and youth, which are connected on the first and second underground floors, where all three buildings are allowed underground parking at two levels of the first and second underground floors. On the first floor, all three buildings are connected by a central park. After the consultation and consultation with the head of the construction-technical solution, the subject of this thesis will be a separate object of the library. The library building consists of four aboveground and two underground floors. On the first floor there is an entrance reception, a bar with snacks, books and a reading area with a shelving department. On the second to third floor you will find an educational space, a reading area and a separate study room. The fourth floor contains a special book department and administrative room for library management. The new library is designed from a combined nose system where columns prevail. The building is reinforced with a reinforced concrete core, which serves as an escape staircase, over the entire height of six floors. There is also a barrier-free lift. The escape staircase located in the reinforced concrete reinforcement core connects all floors of the building and allows access to both underground floors. In the main space of the library there is a large steel staircase which overcomes the first, second, third and fourth floors, thus visually connecting the space for reading. The first and second underground floors serve for parking the library visitors. On the first underground floor there are all technical rooms as well as an archive for storing books. The aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction and technological solution of the rough building of the Seniors Community House in Tršice. The communal house consists of twelve residential units, common and social rooms. Part of the work is technical report, building site, transport, technology prescription, control and test plan, risk plan, environmental protection, item budget and timetable. The project documentation from the VAteler design studio was used to process this work.

This master's thesis deals with marketing and building communities on social networks with an emphasis on Facebook. Its purpose is to present the possibilities utilization of social networks in marketing with a focus on building communities. The thesis analyze the possibilities of using social network Facebook for the specific case of an internet portal then formulate proposals and recommendations for work and then evaluate the implemented activities. At first, the author defines the social network, attends to their historical evolution, defines the types and describes the most widely known world and Czech services. Further, the master's thesis discusses a marketing potential of social networks and especially of Facebook, on which is the practical part applied. At that is described and evaluated the specific case of building a community of web site Marketing Journal.
