Cílem mé práce je stavebně technologické řešení hrubé stavby komunitního domu seniorů v Tršicích. Komunální dům se skládá z dvanácti bytových jednotek, společných a společenských místností. Součástí práce je technická zpráva, stavba, doprava, technický předpis, kontrolní a zkušební plán, plán rizika, ochrana životního prostředí, rozpočet položky a časový plán. Pro zpracování této práce byla využita projektová dokumentace od projekčního ateliéru VAtelier. The aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction and technological solution of the rough building of the Seniors Community House in Tršice. The communal house consists of twelve residential units, common and social rooms. Part of the work is technical report, building site, transport, technology prescription, control and test plan, risk plan, environmental protection, item budget and timetable. The project documentation from the VAteler design studio was used to process this work.
