The Open-Door Policy of People´s Republic of China from 1979 to 2001

I would like to analyse the Open-door Policy of People's Republic of China realised from 1979 to 2001. In first decade of this reform process were made many changes that caused the great expansion of Chinese economic. At first I would aim at general economics factors which were related to begining of this process. In the main part of this thesis I would like to focus on special economic zones phenomenom and open coastal cities, perhaps even on another experiments made by Chinese government. Next I would like to analyze Chinese international trade, especially some revisions, which were accepted in this period, structure of international trade and its contribution to Chinese economic. In next chapter I would like to mention another important part of the Open-Door Policy, foreign direct investments and their impact on Chinese economic. The final part of this thesis will aim at overall rating of the Open-Door Policy, its economic and other consequences.
China's economic development in the 21st century: problems and perspectives

This paper focuses on China in the new century and actual problems which chinese economy faces. For better understanding of contemporary growth is this paper concerned with important history moments of chinese history. The actual situation of chinese economy is analysed with rate of GDP growth,development of international trade and foreign direct investments. The main part of this paper is focused on actual problems of chinese economy. Especially on chinese export-oriented economy, bad condition of banking sector, decreasing quality of environment, high consumption of resources and difference between chinese regions. Last part of this work is about the influence of the crisis which has started in 2008 and has great importance in actual development of chinese economy.
National minorities in the PRC: case study of Tibet

This bachelor thesis deals with the national structure in the People's Republic of China (PRC) and is focused on the politics towards national minorities. The main aim is to discover whether the politics towards national minorities is discriminating or not. Firstly, the thesis concentrates on the ethnic characteristic of the PRC, historical evolution, constitutional framework and the general Chinese politics towards minorities. More detailed answer is obtained by analysis of case study of Tibet, which deals with political actions of the PRC in Tibet and evaluates their impact in the areas of education, economy, population policy and political order. It also offers possibilities of solutions of the actual situation by changing the political structure of Tibet Autonomous Region.
Assessment of the economic development of developing and transition economy

In my thesis I have focused on economic development of China and India. The goal is to compare success of transformation in these countries based on the analysis of macroeconomic developments. The whole work is divided in three parts. In the first part are theoretical basis of work. In the second part is described economic development of China and India included main economic reforms. Last part contains a comparison of macroeconomic indicators and overall evaluation of applied methods of transformation.

Business Law of the People's Republic of China

The main objective of this thesis is to map present system of business law in China, identify key factors, that formed and determine its present shape and compare theoretic form with reality, so that this thesis may become a basis for further exploring and studying of Chinese system of business law. The thesis is divided into four sections. Topic of the first section are sources of business law, their hierarchy and scope. Second part describes various types of business entities and their legal forms. Third part describes current state of contract law, while the fourth part studies various means of solving commercial disputes. Scope of this thesis does not cover business law in Taiwan and special administrative regions of Hong-Kong and Macau.

Thesis analyzes current trends, which take place in automobile industry and attends to Skoda Auto company more deeply. First chapter provides theoretical base, characterizes position of automobile industry in the world economy and the most important changes in its development. Second chapter attends to three traditional centres and current trends, which take place on them, furthermore analyzes current trends from global point of view, impact of the world financial crisis and submits possible future development of this branch. Third chapter describes Skoda Auto company, especially current situation of this automobile company and its possible future development.
Stock Price Bubbles

Economic bubbles are playing an increasingly significant role in the current global economy. We believe these bubbles are to a certain extent dominating the real economy, and, therefore, research based on this specific economic phenomenon is becoming increasingly popular and important. The focus of this master's thesis is based upon analysis of stock price bubbles. This thesis contains author analyzed historical cases representative of stock price bubbles; summarizations of their traditional features; common factors causing their formation; and reasons leading to their bursting. Solutions to the dilemma of stock price bubbles are discussed in depth, and emphasis is placed upon clearly deciphering different theoretical approaches regarding this phenomenon-not only from the efficient market hypothesis viewpoint but also from the perspective of behavioral finance. The research contains testing and measuring methodologies of stock price bubbles, and the author's view concerning them is strongly supported by the results within the empirical data-testing chapter. Upon reading, one can expect to achieve a basic overview of this forefront science.

The goal of this thesis is to provide comprehensive set of information about Chinese investment abroad policy and its approach to Eastern Europe. Introduction and first chapters describe China as a developing country which is trying to diversify its large foreign reserves, and actively to penetrate into foreign markets. Then thesis focuses on Chinese regional investment experience. Natural resources and commodities are prime targets for China in Africa. Meanwhile, Western Europe is perceived as an opportunity to gain knowhow and management experience as well as access to developed markets. Last chapters are devoted to the investment partnership between China and CEE countries and are focused on CEE attractiveness for Chinese corporations. China invests in high tech, telecommunication, automotive, machinery, food and construction industries in Eastern Europe.
Strategies of doing business in China

The main task of my thesis was to define and analyze conditions of the entry of foreign company on Chinese market, the current state of Chinese economy and the country's position in the global economy in the 21st century, to define the problems and risks of entering the Chinese market and analyze the business, which appear promising for foreign firms entering the Chinese market. The thesis also describes the basic cultural differences that affect the business relations between Chinese and foreign partners. Further I characterize the status and strategy of the selected company on the Chinese market and its SWOT analysis.
