School principal at the implementer of changes affecting the quality of relations between the teaching stuff

This diploma thesis is focused on the position on headmaster and the relations between the teachers. The thesis has been devided into several chapters and subchapters. In the theoretical basis of this thesis there are the main basic concepts explained as school, culture of the school, headmaster, personality of the headmaster, vision of the school, concepts of leaderships and management. The main goal of this diploma thesis is an analysis and description of quality of the relations of teachers stuff. Secondary, the thesis approaches following questions: What kind of leadership has been applied at the chosen school? How and to what extent can the headmaster influence relations in the teachers stuff? How do the teachers perceive the personality of the headmaster? An analysis of questionnaires and interview are the main methods used to answer these questions. The final results of this research have been summarized in the conclusion. Title: Application possibilities of managerial styles in kindergarten Author: Alena Jeremiášová Department: Faculty of Education Supervisor: Mgr. George Trunda Abstract: The topic of this bachelor thesis is "The possibilities of application of managerial styles in kindergarten". The theoretical part deals with the difference between managing people and leading people. Next chapter includes managerial styles of work divided according to various authors. Following chapter defines function of manager and analyzes the manager competence. Subsequently there is briefly delineated the situation in the education sector since 1989 and there are also defined current roles of director and deputy director, their rights, responsibilities and obligations. In the empirical part sets problematic issues and describes methods and methodology of research. To achieve the objectives of this thesis was chosen a questionnaire. Based on results of the questionnaire new information about leading styles in kindergarten in Hradec Králové and its surroundings were found. In conclusion all new information were summarized in charts and graphs and evaluated.

This thesis deals with the analysis of human resources management in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to analyze human resources management in the organization and evaluate its procedures with a focus on employee motivation and education. The theoretical part analyzes the approaches of human resources management, individual personnel activities and specifically the motivation and education of employees. The theoretical part is devoted to human resources management in general. This part is devoted to personnel activities such as job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of employees, evaluation of employees, placement or termination of employment, remuneration of other areas in this direction. I also deal with systematic and adult education. Here I focus on adult education, education in public administration and subsequently their education methods, which employees of public administration prefer. This part shows how the possibility of further education is utilized and consequently how public administration officials are motivated to further education and last but not least how the education of officials at the Regional Office of the Central Bohemia Region is used. Motivation and job satisfaction of generation Y employees

This thesis aims to find out how to properly motivate the new generation Y and find out if there are differences in their motivation and job satisfaction from other generations. Using mixed research in the form of a questionnaire survey for employees and in-depth interviews with potential employers will provide a dual view of the issue, which can provide valuable information and serve as an important informative element for the correct motivation of Y generation. Three hypotheses have been identified, which will be subsequently verified in both quantitative and qualitative research. After evaluating the research, it is good news that the outlook of the generation Y and their employers is very similar, and it seems that potential employers are very well prepared for the future generation and are already able to estimate their differentiation from other generations and thus properly motivate them and stimulate them for better work performance.

The submitted diploma thesis summarizes knowledge and findings concerning the issues of gender and social inequality with a focus on leadership in organizations. The target of the thesis is to found out if there are any different characteristics in the way males and females perform in management posts. The theoretical point of view is gender theory, through which tries to determine the causes and context of the unequal status men and women in society and in educational system to the labour market where women face a number of barriers that are causing the lower representation of women in management. Within the framework of the theory of organization and management or in the context of leadership styles looks for the optimal leadership style regardless of gender.
