Apartment Building
Slavík, Jiří ; Kučírek, Pavel (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the village of Chrudim. The apartment building is located in the eastern part of the city, which is intended for housing. The building is a detached three-storey non-basement building that has 6 residential units on the second and third floors. On the ground floor there are technical facilities, cellars, a common clubhouse and 6 garage parking spaces, where one parking space can be used as a space for placing sorted waste. The building is based on a reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The building is insulated by a contact insulation system with mineral wool insulator. The object is based above the free space, the so-called "crawl space", above which a reinforced concrete monolithic slab is made. Other horizontal structures are made up of lightweight slabs with a full cross-section of liaporbeton. The vertical structures consist of ceramic blocks of the THERM type. The structure of the balconies is steel prefabricated, the balconies are hung on the perimeter load-bearing walls and are assessed as self-supporting. Vertical movement in the building is ensured by a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase and an elevator, which is located in a self-supporting reinforced concrete monolithic elevator shaft. The roof structure is single-walled vegetation. The design of the apartment building is carried out with regard to the permissible regulations and the existing surrounding in the solved area. Part of the work is the implementation of diagrams of technical equipment of buildings distribution lines in the building, fire safety assessments and expert opinions from building physics. Construction physics reviews thermal technics, acoustics, lighting and insolation. The following programs were used: AutoCAD 2022, ArchiCAD 23, BuildingDesign, Hluk+, DEKSOFT, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat

Artificial Life Modelling
Slavík, Jiří ; Křena, Bohuslav (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
Artificial life modelling is an extensive subject to exert effort in one piece of work such as this work. For that reason this work is limited to keep the base line of modelling of human behavior. Presented work deal with a creation of an artificial agent whose human-like behavior is implemented according to the PECS reference model. Specification of the PECS reference model is implemented in Java to build a simulation of artificial human being in some environment. Modeled human being has been assigned to imitate human activities, react adequately to sensed events from the environment and change the environment to achieve its goals. Modeled human being is a behavior controled entity acting according to its current role.
Spatial perception and its artistic transcription in the professional curriculum program RVP 36-47-M/01 in the field of construction
Koubek Michaličková, Magdalena ; Kafková, Helena (advisor) ; Stempel, Ján (referee) ; Slavík, Jan (referee)
The dissertation delas with the curriculum, its modeling and its research. The designed protocols provide feedback in the case studies of multiple case studies of the implemented curriculum in the Architectural drawing subject. The main tasks were to provide SPŠS students with basic knowledge of three- dimensional drawing, which provided them with the current basics for sketching, including the acquisition of linear perspective. Furthermore, incorporate into the teaching of the current and applicable content of the subject matter from the still valid high school textbook of Professional Drawing. To purposefully develop spatial imagination using tasks where the position of the observer is deliberately changed. To support the creative aspect of the subject in tasks in which students get to know creative techniques. To offer such a wide range of tasks that each of the students, according to their typological inclinations, can find the area in which they can improve further. Key words 3D drawing; architectural drawing; architectural sketching; linear perspective, spatial expression

Critical parameters of success for csr focused on internal stakeholders in management of a manufacturing company during digitalization of industry
Slavík, Jan ; Liška, Václav (referee) ; Palíšek, Eduard (referee) ; Přikrylová, Jana (referee) ; Putnová, Anna (advisor)
The dissertation examines two strategic concepts of CSR and Industry 4.0 in two time levels – in the present and in the future. A key factor in adoption and implementation of these strategies in a manufacturing company are employees and corporate employee care within the social pillar of CSR. This raises interrelated questions about what is the content of the social pillar of CSR, what is its state, how it is affected by Industry 4.0, what are the expectations of internal stakeholders in the future and what are the critical parameters of CSR management. With a methodological and data triangulation and a case study research strategy with semi-structured individual and group interviews and a questionnaire survey, data were collected from a total of 40 respondents from two large, international, manufacturing companies and one academic expert group. Individual interviews with experts and secondary literature research brought a proposal for a model of the social pillar of internal CSR. A questionnaire survey for company managers and academic experts revealed the current and future weight of the topics from the proposed model. Group interviews with shop floor employees identified their expectations from CSR and Industry 4.0. Individual interviews with managers broadened these expectations from the company's perspective. The result of the research is a model of the social pillar of internal CSR consisting of 53 topics, which are divided into 7 challenges of digitization. Determining the weights of the topics brought knowledge of which topics will be most affected by Industry 4.0 and which will be the least. By analyzing and comparing the identified expectations of different internal stakeholder groups, critical parameters of CSR were discovered and described. The developed model and description of critical parameters should serve as a tool for evaluating the state of the social pillar of internal CSR and to support decision-making on its management in the present and in the future. The originality of the research lies in the integral and complex description of the social pillar of internal CSR under the influence of Industry 4.0. It is thus a contribution to global research into the impact of industrial digitization on the management of the social pillar of CSR and an impetus to explore other pillars of CSR.
