This thesis focuses on the on-line marketing communication of a selected e-shop. The theoretical part defines key concepts that serve as a foundation for the analytical and suggestion section. The analytical part of the thesis, which also includes a questionnaire survey, serves as a basis for creation of suggestions for on-line paid advertising campaings.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of an e-shop. In the first part, the basic concepts and theoretical foundations are defined, according to which the thesis proceeds. The second practical part is divided into analytical and design sections. In the analytical section, a survey is conducted, which consists of an analysis of competing e-shops and a questionnaire. The questionnaire is constructed for the purpose of building a house quality model, which helps to define the priorities in the design process. Another part of the questionnaire consists of an analysis of the specific requirements of potential customers for different aspects of the site. The design section is based on the information found and includes graphic design, a proposal for possible technical processing, a timetable, and an economic evaluation of the implementation.

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je německý trh vhodnou volbou pro expanzi českého internetového obchodu, který prodává profesionální, hobby, zahradní nářadí a související produkty. V této práci budou blíže zkoumána specifika německého trhu, stav elektronického obchodování a zda je společnost finančně a provozně připravena na tak složitý proces. Po zodpovězení výzkumné otázky bude vypracován příslušný návrh v podobě plánu expanze, který bude zahrnovat všechny nezbytné aspekty včetně vstupu na trh, právních aspektů, marketingu, odhadu nákladů a časového harmonogramu realizace.
Proposal of the company's marketing strategy

The thesis deals with the design of a marketing strategy for Teepee in Style, a company that provides experiential teepee accommodation. The theoretical part of the thesis explains key marketing concepts, including the marketing mix, online marketing and the use of social media. The analytical part assesses the current state of the company, analyses the market, customer behaviour, competitors and identifies opportunities for improvement. Based on the findings, specific proposals for the company's marketing strategy are formulated.
Market segmentation using statistical methods

The thesis is focused on the segmentation of customers of selected summer swimming pool. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical concept of the chosen issue. In the analytical part, a summer swimming pool is presented and selected analyses are carried out. The analytical part also includes a questionnaire survey. In the last part of the thesis, measures are proposed that would lead to an increase in the level of services for the selected customer segment.

Cieľom tejto práce je pochopiť, ako možno hackathony – tradične vedené pre rýchly vývoj softvéru a inovácie – bez problémov začleniť do online marketingovej komunikácie s cieľom zvýšiť angažovanosť a viditeľnosť značky alebo produktu. Diplomová práca predstavuje výskumnú štúdiu vypracovanú s cieľom zistiť význam hackathonov vo vývoji technologických a technologických spoločností. Diplomová práca vychádza zo zmiešanej metódy s použitím komplexného súboru prípadových štúdií, analýzy obsahu webových stránok a polovytvorených rozhovorov so zainteresovanými stranami, ktoré sú aktívne v hackathone, pričom sleduje ich pohľad na využitie hackathonov na obohatenie online marketingu. Výsledky ukázali výrazné zlepšenie zapojenia zákazníkov a viditeľnosti značky. Výsledky ukázali všestrannosť hackathonov pri poskytovaní dobrého marketingového materiálu a angažovanosti komunity. Záver vytvára rámec, ktorý si firmy môžu osvojiť, aby implementovali hackathony do marketingových aktivít, ktoré dokážu využiť ich potenciál pre marketing a podporu inovácií a zapájania komunity.

Moreover, it includes the evaluation of its internal and external environment using chosen methods. The last proposal part focuses on concrete proposals of marketing strategy of Lobey Laboratories.

Based on the knowledge gained from the analytical part, appropriate proposals for the acquisition campaign for real estate fund X will be developed.

In this thesis, the author deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in a selected fitness centre and suggestions to increase its level. The thesis consists of 3 main parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the issue. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the given enterprise. This chapter also includes the results of the marketing research conducted, the main objective of which was to determine the current level of customer satisfaction. The analytical part is followed by the third part, in which the actual proposals for increasing this level are given.
