Title: Business plan - fitness centre Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to develop a business plan of the newly emerging CrossFit Gym in downtown of Mladá Boleslav and to verify the feasibility of the project. Methods: First part includes theoretic basis needed for understanding this issue. There are important terms, structure and principles explained in this part. In the second part methods of financial analysis and scoring model for analysing competition are used. Results: Business plan for establishing a first CrossFit gym i Mladá Boleslav showed that the gym has potential to succeed and prosper in the market. All analysis results are displayed using tables. In comparsion with competitors it offers new, trendy product. Price is higher than the competitors, but comparable to other CrossFit gyms in the Czech Republic. It offers to customers less space highly adapted and equipped for thy type of training. Keywords:

in English: Title: Marketing communication of the nolimits fitness center Goals: The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the marketing communication of the fitness center nolimits and suggestions of potential improvements. Methods: In this thesis I used qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interview and in the form of structured interview. Furthermore, I used analytical method, while analyzing the internal data. Results: The conclusion of this thesis is that the marketing communication of the fitness center nolimits is adequate, but there is a space for improvement. In particular, it is possible to improve the use of social networks and internet pages. Furthermore, I see possible improvements in the employee training. Aspects of social media use by basketball clubs

(En) Title: Aspects of social media use by basketball clubs Objective: The main goal of the thesis is to propose fitted and simply applicable activities to improve the social media communication among cooperating club fans and other target groups of users. In order to reach the goal it was necessary to study a suitable literature and analyze external and internal data that monitor their activity on social media. Methods: questioning (electronically), in-depth interview, data analysis (external and internal), monitoring of clubs social media activities, scoring model Results: Within the determined parameters, BK JIP Pardubice got the best review of all seven cooperating clubs. Last season the club had the best content on Facebook page. The club also got lots of positive points in matter of Total Page likes, Talking About, Engagement and Impressions. On the other hand, the clubs Orli Prostejov and NH Ostrava got the pretty poor review. The best Instagram profiles had clubs NH Ostrava and USK Prague. On the other hand, Orli Prostejov received the least points because of non-existing club Instagram account. Title: Legal and tax aspects of financing ČEZ Basketball Nymburk, JSC Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to delineate the form of financing sports bussiness company in Czech republic, its legal definition and tax liability. A partial objective is to evaluate the economic situation of the Basketball Nymburk, JSC in terms of revenues and costs, which will lead to determine the economic result. This information will serve to estimate potential tax obligations. Another partial objective is to depict the impact of legislative and tax aspects on the economic situation. Methods: A classification analysis and a method of induction were used in this thesis. Analysis was used to obtain the necessary information from the law. The induction method was used to define the financing of Basketball Nymburk with respect to legal and tax obligations and also depict their impact on the economic situation of the sports organization. Results: Analysis has shown that company hasn't prospered in recent years. In 2013 the economic loss was 2 154 thousand Czech crowns and in 2014 there was another economic loss of 6 700 thousand Czech crowns. Title: Economic Impact of Jizerska 50 on the Czech Republic and Liberec District Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to calculate the extent of the economic impact that the expanses of Jizerska 50 visitors have on Czech economy and the economy of Liberec District. The information about the amount and structure of the expenses plus other related information, i. e. the main data used for this calculation, were provided by Jizerska 50 participants themselves. The partial objective is to find out what impact do the expenses of the visitiors have on income of public budgets and to compare them with public support of Jizerska 50. Methods: The case study is based on analysis of internal secondary data from Raul agency, i.e. data that relate to Jizerska 50, and then primarily on the results from questionnaire constructions among its participants. The collected data were used for the calculation which quantified the economic impact of the expenses of the visitors on several indicators of Czech economy and Liberec District economy productivity. Results: The thesis' results claim that 48th Jizerska 50 in year 2015 was visited by 13 183 visitors. Customers satisfaction with the offer of the ski resorts services

Title: Customers satisfaction with the offer of the ski resorts services Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is the determination of customers' satisfaction with the ski resorts services and to suggest an improvement on the basis of the results. The thesis' main aim is to analyse not only customers' satisfaction with the particular services and ski resorts facilities, but also the level of services' importance within the whole offer provided by the ski resort. The results from different ski resorts are subsequently compared. Methods: The thesis utilises the quantity research performed via electronic questionnaire. The particular services are evaluated by scale, which determinates the weight of the service. The hypotheses are verified by the correlational analysis. In case of comparison of results the comparative method is used. Results: The result of the thesis is the determination of the customers' satisfaction with the ski resorts services, determination of the importance of particular services and comparison of the results between the ski resorts. Title: The attitude of the elementary school pupils in Benešov to PE and sport activities Aim of the thesis: The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is, firstly, to determine through a questionnaire the attitudes of pupils from primary schools in Benešov to physical education and sporting activity and later, based on the results obtained, make comparisons and propose certain changes with the intention of increasing the pupils' interest in sport. Methodology: All the data was obtained through a non-standard questionnaire, which was prepared for the purpose of this thesis. It predominantly contained closed and semi-closed questions. Only one question was open. The questionnaire was intended for pupils in the second grade of primary school. In addition, an oral interview, supplementing the written questionnaire, was undertaken. The data obtained were represented graphically and evaluated in writing. Results: The results from individual schools were mutually compared. From them it was determined that the attitudes to physical education and sporting activity are more or less the same for pupils from all three schools. Comparison of proposals for sponsors in football clubs

Title: Comparison of proposals for sponsors in football clubs Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to compare and evaluate the list of advertisement options at 8 selected football clubs. Emphasis is placed on finding new trends that appear in tender leaves that are different from previous forms of list of advertisement options, as presented earlier literature. Methods: As a crucial method applied in this diploma thesis is considered content analysis. Additionally it was used as an analysis of documents and literature review. Results: According to available results show that the highest quality of tender leaf has a football club AC Sparta Praha. It offers on the Czech situation deluxe return for sponsorship. Other clubs bid sheet are much less sophisticated, but the differences between them are minimal. Diploma thesis shows the growing trend of new services partner of football clubs compared Čáslavová monograph (2009). It was found that the individual invitations to sheets appears additional 38 new areas related to the history, location and success of a particular football club. Title: Customer satisfaction with offer of services of golf courses in Prague and in Liberec region Objectives: The Diploma Thesis aims to make a survey of satisfaction and expectations of golf course customers in Liberec region and in the capital city Prague and to compare those regions. Customer satisfaction will be measured by means of questionnaires where each player of each golf course will compare real perceived qualities of a golf course with generally expected qualities. Based on the data obtained, the analysis of values will be carried on, such as golf handicap, age, gender and month income. The Thesis will focus on comparing the expectations and satisfaction of major golf resorts with smaller and not so popular ones. Methods: The research of customer satisfaction was carried on by already proven questionnaire consisting of SERVQUAL method. The research compared expected quality with real quality in seven golf courses in Prague and surroundings and in seven golf courses in Liberec region. The research was carried on from August 2014 till February 2015.
